Chapter eleven

Olivia's POV 2months later

I got up and jay was in the shower I went downstairs and made some breakfast. I made eggs and bacon. I grabbed my laptop and looked at my emails and went over other stuff. I'm 6 months pregnant. Jay came down the stairs and went into the kitchen and poured his coffee and came over and kissed me. I pulled him into a deeper kiss.

"Mmm. Baby," he said. Pulling away I grab my smoothie. "Babe, we are getting married tomorrow, is your stepsister's mom coming?" he asked me. I shrug my shoulders.

"She told me she will try after standing us up 2 months ago," I said summiting a report.

"Love you," he said. I turn and kiss him and he left for work. Gosh, tomorrow I'm getting married to the love of my life and my bio mom is not here to see it. My phone started to ring and it was my stepmom.

"Hello?" I asked

"Oh honey, I'm so happy for you. Jay is a wonderful man and you will have a beautiful baby together sorry I can't make it to the wedding tomorrow I have to meet with.... my probation officer," she said.

"No, it's fine Jackey. I'll see you when you get off probation then," I said

"Okay, when did you stop calling me mom?" She asked.

"When you stopped acting like one. Look I have to get some things done. Goodbye," I said. Ending the call I got off the stool and walked into my office and locked up a few files and went and sat on the couch. There was a knock on the door. I got off the couch and looked through the peephole to see the girls standing there. I open the door and they walked in.

"Liv, are you ready to get married tomorrow?" Gabby asked. I looked at them.

"Yes, I'm so anxious," I said Stella and Brett hug me.

"You getting married to your best friend, I would be nervous to girl," Stells said. I laugh, we talked about everything that will happen tomorrow and I started writing my vows. It was starting to get late and the girls left. Jay was texting me.

"Baby, I can't wait to see you in your wedding dress tomorrow!" He said. I smiled at the text.

"I cant wait to see you in a tux. Love you baby." I said. I went up the stairs to our room and he texts

"Love you too, good night." I smiled and shut the lights off and went to sleep.

Next day

I woke up to a banging and my door. I sprung out of bed and looked at the time it was 9 am. I went downstairs and the girls were standing at the door.

"Come on olivia, we have to get going the wedding is and 1 pm," Kim said and grabbed my stuff and pushed me out the door. We got in the car and started to drive to the church. I was playing with my ring. Gabby grabs my hand.

"Everything will go as planned, don't stress yourself out. It's not healthy for you or your baby," Gabs said. I nod and look out the window at the streets of Chicago. this city I met the man of my dreams, where I'm going have a beautiful kid with. The city I took an oath to protect. The city I would die for to keep safe. This city was showed me what a cop should look like and what it takes to protect it.

The driver slams on his breaks and pulls over. I see we were at the church. The girls were standing waiting for us to get out of the car. Stella opened the door for me and gabby walked me into the bridal room. Stella, Gabby, Kim, Haley, Sylvie as my bridesmaids, and Jay has Will, Antonio, Kevin, Adam, and Matt as his groms men. We all started getting ready, they did my hair and makeup and I started getting nervous. There was a smell that made me not feel good. I got out of my chair and went to the bathroom and threw up the smoothie Gabby gave me in the car. There was a knock on the bathroom door them it opened. Voight was standing there and he gave me a faint smile and helped me up.
