Hi! Sorry I didn't update sooner! I really wanted to get another chapter out for my other book, so sorry about that...

Recap: Hinata and his cousin were driving back to the cousins house

Now, onto the story!

Hinata POV~

I'm in the back of my cousins limo, riding back to their house. There isn't much noise, so it's slightly uncomfortable, but only slightly. "So, how are you holding up?" I look up from my lap to see my cousin speaking. "I think that I'll get through it. Thank you for doing this for me." I gave them a small smile as I finished talking. "Oh, it's not a problem! It's always better to have company when going through these kinds of things!" They return a smile as they continue to talk.

We talk for a bit, and they starts telling me about this one girl, they calls her the "student council president". The sadistic smile on their face startles me, I look their in the eyes "What makes this girl so important?". My cousin stares back into mine "Oh, you'll see. I have a feeling you will feel the same about her soon enough". They smile, first a cold smile, and within seconds it turns into a warm one. I was surprised how we went from that cold conversation, to this happy conversation in seconds.

At this point, we had gotten to my cousins house and I was sitting my room. It had been so long since I was here last, 12 years in fact. I looked around the room, there was only a 4-post bed, a window, a closet, and a desk with a chair *I'll have to make this more homey*

By the end of the next day, my room felt somewhat like my own. I had ordered prime shipping for most things, so almost everything I wanted in my room was in it. As I looked around I let a small smile loose. I heard my cousin calling my name from downstairs, so I started heading downstairs.

"Hey Shoyo, so as you know, you are going to school with me tomorrow. Just a question, do you know how to gamble?"

"Well, I know the basics I guess, but no, not really"

"Well now dear cousin, that won't do, we simply MUST teach you for tomorrow"

After my cousin said that, I processed what they said for a minute, then I looked up at them with visible confusion.

They simply smiled.

And so that entire night I was taught how to gamble, and how to catch cheaters. At first I was scared to lose everything, so I was cautious. Then my cousin had me make a big bet, and I lost. I was terrified, but it felt good. It felt good to not have the joy of victory, yet I missed it at the same time. I loved winning, but risking everything gave me an adrenaline rush that not even volleyball could give me, and it felt great. My cousin looked me in the eyes and said, "Do you get why I love to gamble now?".

It was now the next day, and we were getting ready to leave for school. My cousin grabbed my bag and we headed to her limo. "I haven't been in the school for too long either, I have mostly just been observing what happens from in the shadows, and only just got introduced to my classmates by my teacher yesterday!" I look at her and I laugh a bit, "Haven't you been in the school for about a week at this point?". She returns a laugh "yes, I have!"

we start approaching the school finally, and it doesn't look like anything too special. My cousin walks me to my class, "Just go in and the teacher will handle everything". I nod and walk in after taking a deep breathe. The class becomes silent almost instantly and I can feel the eyes following me.

After a moment the teacher looks up from his book he was reading silently and stands up to introduce me. "You must be the new student, Hinata, wasn't it? Well, welcome to our class! I presume you have already gotten a tour from someone?" I tear my gaze from the students and look at him, "Yes, I got one from my cousin," the teacher lets a small smile loose, "Oh, that's wonderful! Now, tell me again, who exactly was your cousin again?" "Oh, my cousin is Kirari Momobami"...

That's the student counsel president 

Well, I hope you enjoyed and sorry that it took so long! Also, I bet you thought the cousin would be Yumiko! Tbh, I did too. Well, I'll probably a little bit of a surprise in later, so yeah.
