"I can't hate you… Tye…" Riley says softly and I resist the inane urge to look him in the eyes or at least see a glimpse of his face. "I know you're just itching to see me right now~" he says knowingly, even when he can't see my face he can read me so well!!! I grunt out a frustrated confirmation of acknowledgement. "I know I sound like a homophobe and that's because I was at some point, I'm not anymore but it became such a habit that I just continued to act the way I did.” “I didn’t know that it was that big of a deal so… I’m sorry,” Riley says apologetically. I hesitantly look up to face him so that what I would say next wouldn't be muffled in my lap. “What made you stop being a homophobe?” I say this because, I have my priorities straight and know what questions I wanna ask in what order. “Well… I like… boys,” Riley mumbles and I swear I can see his cheeks redden even in the evening lighting which is not that bright. “So you like like boys, how in the world did you even find that out!?" I ask, obviously intrigued. Because I’m pretty sure he didn’t just stumble across gay porn and found out he’d like it for himself. Totally not how I found out, NO WAAAY! “BecauseImayormaynothaveacrushonyou!!" Riley says in one breath, but I could understand everything. "You, have a crush on me!?" I say insidiously.
