"Okay, Mrs. Jackson, let's take your blood sugar, then we'll see when you can go home," I say gently with a smile.
This woman doesn't look over 45, and the young man looks about in his 20's.
"Your blood sugar is low..47, I'll send in something a little sweet you can eat to bring it up."
I turn to the man patiently sitting in a chair. I'm awe struck at how beautiful he is. He has perfect Brown, almond shape eyes, with the carnal skin, and the sexiest curls perfectly framing his face. I notice I'm staring and blush.
"She-she won't be able to get out for about 2 weeks at the most. The heart attack she had is one of the worst we've ever seen," I say listening to her heart beat.
"Okay. Is there anything that needs to be signed or looks at?"
Oh my God his voice is like honey..
"You can stop by the front desk after your visit, everything needed will be provided there," I reply smiling.
I set a small cup of tea by her bed.
"Make sure you drink all of that Mrs. Jackson, or your blood sugar will go down even more," I warn.
I look over at the man and nod with a smile.
"Thank you," he says as I walk out.
I sit back at my desk, it covered in rose petals..and a note..
Follow the roses, my love, and see where it take you. You might be happily surprised as to what you'll find. ;)
-Your secret admirer..I frown and follow the track of soft red petals down the halls and it leads me to the break room. Pressing my lips together in annoyance, I open the door.
The lights are dimmed and candles are lit..
Is this even allowed at the hospital..?
I pick up the other note on the table.
You've found your surprise, but where am I? You won't know yet, but do not fret, soon you shall. Enjoy this little lunch I've provide in the refrigerator. I'll see you soon my little flower -Your secret admirer. ;)
