We pull up at the gym and I jump out "see you in two hours" I say and head into the gym before it starts to rain. 

Trevor is waiting for me by the weights it wasn't a cardio day today it was all weights hitting every muscle group, I was doing lunges with 16 kg in each arm, shoulder presses and bicep curls. I was sweating buckets and I was feeling the burns I was going to be sore but I knew I had my favourite coffee waiting for me plus my favourite person in my world. 

I call Taylor whilst still wearing my towel, I open my locker and get ready for the day in the office.
