Right today is to plan my proposal to Jasmine the first step to making this woman next me my wife. I don't want anyone else she is my endgame that's it! I mean Jason is having a kid and all my mates at University are either married or having a kid I need to up my game. I look over at my woman sleeping peacefully next to me. I slide out of bed and Sam is in the kitchen boiling water in the kettle I completely forgot I had my Sister staying with us. "Morning" I mumble going towards the coffee maker "morning" Sam says looking up from her phone "what are your plans for today?" I ask her "I want to go Christmas shopping and hopefully Jasmine agrees" Sam says I can see hope in her eyes. "I am sure she will" I say knowing my girlfriend and I know that the two of them will get along no problem. I pour me and Jasmine a cup of coffee, heading back down to our bedroom, I place the coffee cup down next to her, she stirs stretching opening her eyes and smiling up at me. I lean over and kiss her lips. "Morning gorgeous" I say smiling I can't help it she just makes me smile. 

A few hours later of morning sex, shower sex we are dressed for the morning, heading out of our bedroom the door rings Jasmine gets excited whenever she sees her best friend or Brother. I hug Layla and hug Jason "So are you okay with me asking to marry your Sister?" I whisper in his ear and he gives me a nod. "Blake first thing we need to do is go and speak to Mum and Dad Jasmine is all about traditions" Jason says "Once that is out of the way we then go and find the perfect ring" he says standing up "plus if you mess up I will learn from your mistakes" He smiles pats me on the back and heads for the door. We arrive at Jasmine and Jason's childhood home and knock on the door, Susan comes out surprised to see us both. "Hi Mum" Jason says giving her a kiss on the cheek "Hi Son, Blake" She hugs me. "Where's Jasmine, Layla?" She says closing the door front door behind us, "they have gone shopping with my Sister" I say following Jason in the Howards kitchen. I've always felt so comfortable being here even when I saw Jasmine as Jason's little sister but now as she is my girlfriend, fiancée soon to be wife I can see the love in this house and I want that all with her. "Is Dad about?" Jason asks sitting himself down at the kitchen table, hearing the toilet flush and footsteps coming this way the nerves kicked up a notch. "Jason, Blake good to see you" Charles says giving his wife a kiss. "So what brings you both here?" He asks looking at us both I shift my weight, mind going through different scenarios what if he says no. Sensing my discomfort Jason says "Blake has something he wants to ask you both and I am here as moral support" Jason smiles at me and motions a go with his hands. Susan and Charles sit down looking at me, I clear my throat trying to get my thoughts together. "As you know I've known you guys for most of my life and I see you both as my second parents" I look around Jason rolls his eyes at me and I smile. "Well I came here today because as you know I am in love with your Daughter so deeply, when she's hurting I hurt along side, her laughter lights up the room, being with her makes me a better person and I would be honoured if you both would give me your blessing into asking her to marry me" I say finishing my speech, not giving anyone eye contact that was the most nervous I have ever been. "Blake" Susan's calming voice make me lift my head I noticed she was wiping her eyes tears coming close to falling. "Blake we give you our fall blessing, you were our son's friend growing up and now you are being our second Son" Charles stands and brings me into a hug. Jason gives me the thumbs up, "thank you" I coke "I spoke only the truth and what your Daughter means to me" I say tears forming. "I better go and speak to my parents now" I say standing up "Do you want me to come?" Jason asks looking at me I shake my head "no stay I'll text you when I leave" I say heading to the door. "Blake will we be there to see you propose?" Susan asks following me out "I was going to do it Christmas day when we are all together" I say hugging her.
