"Daddy?" Jaidon went next to him. Dawn hadn't woken up yet.
"How are you feeling?" Jaidon held both his sons little hands, caressing them.
"I...Feel...Weird." The kid laughed and bent his head backwards causing him to cry. Jaidon held his head up to protect him.
"No more crying." Jaidon smiled at him, wiping his tears.
"Is mommy sick?" Juno asked with big wide eyes and Jaidon said "Yeah so when she wakes up, don't give her a hard time okay?"
Juno nodded and looked around the room.
"Where is dinosaur?"
"At home.. When you recover you can play with your dinosaurs."
Juno began to whine and cry, waking Dawn up. She held Juno's face on impulse. She looked like she wasn't even sleeping from the way her wide eyes looked at Juno because he was crying.
"Juno! What's wrong!?"
"Dinosaur!" He yelled and Dawn looked at Jaidon. Jaidon went to the bookshelves in the room and looked for a book that would amuse Juno.
Juno kept on crying, as Dawn tried to make him stop. Just as Dawn got to her limit for patience Jaidon came and sat beside Juno. Juno stopped and looked at the book for a minute. His little fingers grazing over the book like he wanted it.
"I'll read it to you if you stop crying.."
Juno quickly stopped and scooted over to his dad where Jaidon put his arm around him, Juno started opening the pages. Dawn sat next to them and listened in on the two.
"Juno your head!" They exclaimed countless times, every time the kid laughed he bent his head back.

"Juno's sleeping in our room." Jaidon said, walking into the living room. Dawn sat in the dining area.
"Did you take a day off from the office?"
Dawn laid her head on the table she hadn't slept at all to make sure Juno was safe during the nights in the hospital.
"I did. I'm so tired, I can't even focus my eyes. Let alone take pictures."
Jaidon sat on the chair in front of her, making Dawn tense. Whatever he was gonna say, she didn't wanna know. She hadn't readied herself for it yet.
"Liae. Let's talk."
Dawn shook her head. She wanted to avoid it.
"Then what do you want me to do? I don't know what decision to make or how to fix this."
Dawn got off her chair and went on her knees next to him. She held onto his ankle.
"I don't care. I just don't want you to throw at me divorce papers."
Jaidon took a second before crouching down to her level and grabbing her cheeks. Tears falling again as he wiped them.
"I won't. It's the last thing I want to do. That's why I'm asking you. Should I stay or leave?"
Dawn put her hands on top of his and looked to the floor. She quickly hugged him tight, afraid he'll suddenly leave.
"Stay! Stay with me! Remember you said I wouldn't lose you! You said you'd protect me and Juno because you loved me! You promised me that since the beginning! Don't go anywhere! I won't be able to go on without you! I need you here! So Stay! Stay! Please stay with me! Jai stay!" She quickly repeated a couple times, Jaidon felt the back of his shirt get all wet.
Jaidon patted her back and smiled, that's all he wanted to hear. Yes he was hurt but they could try again and if it doesn't work again... he would leave.
"You know I don't give second chances."
Dawn held on tighter, not letting him go. This made Jaidon stop whatever else he was gonna say.
"No! Please forgive me..... I'm sorry! I know I did something so wrong but I don't love him.... I love you with my whole heart... Jai don't leave me..." Jaidon felt Dawn's body begin to shake and he said "I'm not going."
"I was wrong.... don't leave..."
Dawn cried harder as she deluded herself with the thought he was gonna leave her and she felt Jaidon's arms pull around her as she began weak.
"I'm not going..." Jaidon patted her back. "I'm not going anywhere."
