A new kind if magic

late in the night

The night outside was cold and quiet as Himiko pressed her hands up against the window of her room to draw lines in the frost on the other side of the glass. the street outside her dorm was nearly silent at this hour with the rare care to drive by steadily likely on a journey to somewhere far away.

tomorrow was the day, the day she would meet up with her old friend Angie, the day she was going to go back. honestly Himiko had no idea as to why she agreed to this she transferred out of Hopes Peak for many reasons such as the work being to hard and this brat named Ouma always picking on her. even if her high school days were finally over she was worried as to what bad memories visiting the place would bring back. there would be no logical reason for Himiko to go and do this on her own, but then again she isn't Angie is going to meet her tomorrow and be by her side as she explores the past.

maybe that is why she agreed to go back but then again that didn't really make since to Himiko either, both that Angie ever wanted to see her again after what happened and the fact that, that was somehow enough to get Himiko to agree. It's not like she could turn back now though after all its far to late for that. 

sleep seemed like the best option for the moment but no matter what she did the red haired mage couldn't shake this strange feeling when she thought of the events about to happen. yes part of it was nerves but the idea of taking a long car ride with Angie filled her with a strange sense of warmth and fullness that she could not seem to understand. what is this feeling and why does it feel so sweet but at the same time scary. 

all this thinking began to tire the poor mage and sooner or late Himiko began to doze off as the feeling of warmth in her chest still remained. right before her eyes closed for the night she wished a wish that she didn't understand in its full nature to herself, a wish that maybe the reason Angie wanted to see her again is because she feels the same warmth around her when she thinks of her too.

(A/N : sorry this is short lol also apologizes in advance if updates aren't the most frequent i will try my best to update a fair amount and complete this however i do tend to only write when i'm in the mood to and i do have dysgraphia so its kind of a struggle so apologizes in advance if the story is slow i will be trying my best tho.)
