SJ: Hey guys I'm back. Done with paperwork once again.

Nezu: How much paperwork you have.

SJ: Well all the people who are born or die every second. I have to sign their papers.

Kaminari: Damn.

Ochako: That's a lot.

SJ: It is. Now, How about you ask me a few questions that you want. Because I want to talk to you more as I don't know when I will get another chance like this.

Nezu: Well, why did you show Midoriya's past to us. You said to explain the formation of other universes. Was that it?

SJ: Well, that was one reason. But there was another reason as well.

All Might: What is it?

SJ: Well what actions did you take against Bakugo's behaviour before I showed you Izuku's past. Did you even try to look into why Bakugo hated Izuku and how Izuku flinched when he was near him or anyone talks to him surprisingly? 

Everyone was silent.

SJ: See, you all did nothing. If I did not show you what Bakogo did. He will go scoot free of all his actions and never learn what he did was bad and might treat citizens in a bad way doing more harm than good. Izuku would still be traumatized and would never gain enough self-confidence and would still think of himself as unworthy to be a hero.

All Might: Damn.

SJ: Yeah. All Might during the Heroes VS Villains practice Bakugo could have killed him it was attempted murder, but you did not even scold him. Is this your law, Huh? What if Izuku was hit by it? He might be paralysed permanently and be unable to do anything himself. His life would have ended. But Bakugo walked out of there without any consequences.

Aizawa: Is that true All Might.

GT: What the hell Toshinori.

All Might: Y-Yes.

SJ: In the final exams Bakugo used his gauntlet to backhand Izuku when he was trying to convince him to work together. There was no action against that as well.

Inko: So everyone is biased to Katsuki just because he had a strong quirk.

SJ: It has been, for 10 years. He bullied... no abused Izuku told him to kill himself and still got into U.A. He got no punishment for anything. Is this your law? Biased to a victim, the victim suffers while the criminal walks away without caring for anyone but himself. The teachers did nothing, the adults did nothing, his peers laughed at him. He has been through this for 10 years. So much that he lost his hope to trust adults. He wanted to trust them but all they did was ignore his sufferings.

Ochako *tears*: Is this true Izuku?

Izuku *crying*: Y-yes.

Shoto:  You had it rough Midoriya. At least I had my sister and brother.

Rei: I am sorry for you.

Nezu: Bakugo you have anything to say for this.

Hisashi: Yeah. What did my son do to you for you to treat him like this. It makes no sense.

Bakugo: H-He was weak okay and he still wanted to become a hero. He was challenging me.

Aizawa: You think that only you deserve to be a hero, not anyone else. What the hell bakugo. That's the thinking of a villain. Only they think about themselves.

Nezu: I am disappointed in you.

Kirishima: Bakugo, I thought you were cool, man.

Mina: Yeah Bakugo.
