Y/N POV
“Thank you, Yoongi. Thank you.... for making my last day happy" I whispered the last part.
“You were saying?”
“Oh, uhm.. nothing. I was just admiring the stars, they are beautiful.”
“Just like you.” He stated.
I put my head on his shoulder, and we stayed like that for a while until I spoke.
"Yoongi. You love your girlfriend, do you?"
Deep down me, I was hoping for him to say no.
"Yes, so much. She is the best thing that happened to me" he said enthusiastically. Well, truth hurts.
“Remember when we used to stargaze and plan our future?”
Those good old days will just remain as a memory.
I can feel his head on top of mine, he must be tired.
"Yoongi, I want you to fulfill your promises to me with her. Okay?" I said as tears escaped my eyes. He nods in response while slowly drifting to sleep.
I looked up the starts, then back to him.
“I hope she can give you the bliss I did not.” I am crying, I am not crying because he already has someone. It's more like an at ease tears. I finally got the chance to tell him the things I could not.
“I can now leave in peace. I am sorry for leaving you this early, my love.” I kissed his forehead and examined his ethereal face for the last time, and I slowly drifted off to paradise while I am in his embrace.
