"Mark, keep yourself together. Don't let her distract you," he said to himself in the mirror.
Lately, he had been distracted by someone, and it made Taeyong mad at him for making mistakes during practice.
A hand on his shoulder made him look up. "Mark, what are you doing, man? Practice is about to start. Let's go."
Johnny grabbed Mark's shoulder and guided him to the practice room. He knew something was wrong with Mark, but he would do his best to have his back.

"Are you okay?" Was that Lee Haechan? he wondered. Haechan's voice made him follow it, bringing him closer to the practice room.
Mark has seen Haechan face looking so sad to look at someone. then mark tries to look at someone who he talks with.
Mark saw Haechan looking sadly at someone. He tried to see who Haechan was talking to.
"I'm okay, Donghyuck. You shouldn't worry, okay?" the girl said, placing Haechan's hands on her cheeks carelessly.
Mark was surprised. Whoa, so this is why she rejected me, he thought. Mark got an idea.
He stepped toward the couple and made a fake cough. He saw them jump as if caught.
"Mark Hyung, I was just-"
"Haechan, it's time to work. The Hyungs are looking for you." Donghyuck looked at Mark, panicked. "Yes, Hyung."
BeforeHaechan left, he wanted to make sure you were okay. He looked at you andsmiled, warming your heart. You smiled back at him.
Once Donghyuck was gone, the situation grew more complicated for you, but not for Mark.
You saw Mark smirk, making you wonder what his plan was. You tried to leave, but he grabbed your wrist.
"What am I seeing, Y/N? You and Haechan? Really? Are you guys dating?"
You didn't want to answer him, so you pulled your hand back. But Mark was unpredictable. He grabbed your wrist again.
"It's not your business," you said, trying to show he meant nothing to you. But you remembered how possessive he could be.
Mark tightened his grip and pulled you closer. The height difference made him look down on you.
"We are married. Of course, it's my business," he whispered in your ear.
You wanted to slap him, but he pushed you away and left.
You sighed. You knew Mark would tell Haechan sooner or later. Now that he knew you loved his teammate, you felt more anxious.

In the company, you worked in marketing while Mark was an idol.
You were glad not to see him every day because he was so busy with his work.

"And?"
"What do you mean, 'and'? I know exactly what the hidden relationship between you two is. When the company finds out, both you and Haechan will be jobless."
He said it like it was nothing, only thinking about his feelings.
"You don't," you said seriously.
"Oh honey, you have no idea." He smirked, a look you hated.
"What do you want, Mark? I don't love you. Please stop this." He grabbed your neck, making you look up at him. You felt how close he was now.
"I hate you, Mark."
"Your hate means nothing to me, darling." He kissed you, slow and rough.
You cried into the kiss, making him stop and look at you. "You are my wife, Y/N. Don't forget that."
