Dani's PoV - 19th December 2020
"I can't go to Taco Bell. God Karen, you are so stupid" The Tv said that phrase for the 29,572 time.
"Dani, someone's here" My Mother shouted upstairs two seconds after the knock on the door.
What if it's Lauren? Please don't be Lauren. How do I even act when Lauren gets her? She hasn't step foot in this house since she left in 2016. Four years ago. I hope everyone gets her before hand so I can mix in with them all.
"Li-" I cut my Mother off.
"LISA" I ran as fast as my legs would take be down the stairs hoping I wouldn't fall. I saw her little boy Sam standing outside playing with the stones.
I ran outside bombarding her with a bear hug.
"Dani. I've missed you so much" I heard her speak. Her voice slowly breaking.
"Lisa, I missed you ever since the day you left on the 9th July 2015" I cried into her shirt.
"Someone else is here" Mum jumped outside.
"Christina" Mum screamed with joy.
I quickly looked up a Lisa to see her facial expression. Her eyes slowly turned to the stairs and then back at me.
"Let's get your things upstairs"I winked.
I let my hands take grip of her suitcases then carried them up the stairs to our room.
"Our room is still the same" Lisa smiled as she walked through the door.
"Yeah. I didn't want to change it because it is still your room and sometimes I sleep in your or Lauren's bed" I say embarrassed.
"Aww Dan, When did you get these draws?" She went to look inside them.
"No" I ran and stood infront of them.
"What's wrong Dan?" Li laughed and lifted me up.
She opened the draw and looked like she was going to cry. Fudge.
"Dan you have loads of pictures in there. I missed you so much" She came to give me a hug.
"Yeah, let's go downstairs to see who else has arrived. We can have a look at them all another time" I grabbed her hand and pulled her downstairs (not literally).
"Lauren is here" I saw a glimpse of her face in the kitchen.
"Dani..." I heard the voice that I thought I would never hear again.
