"guys we gotta figure out what we are doing for this album" lauren explain as she grabbed the guitar off the floor. "also where the hell is ave?".
"sleeping" hannah and mia said at the same time. "JINX" the two girls yelled. hannah then punched mia and started a minor punching war between the two.
"children" lauren mumbled as she rolled her eyes and pulled the two away. "now someone go get avery's lazy ass up"
all the girls looked at each other as if they had a plan in mind. everyone made their way up the stairs with a pot and pan in hand and entered the walker girl's room.
"on the count of three" hannah whispered. as she made a countdown motion with her fingers, the girls got into their positions.
all of the sudden banging noises and shouts were heard all throughout the house. "wake up sleepy head" mia yelled into avery's ear.
the walker girl crawled out of bed and as soon as she got on her feet all 4 girls rushed out of the room. avery chased them all downstairs until she came to a hault once met with coffee.
"that was fucked up, all you guys had to do was yell at me and i would have woken up" the girl said with an annoyed tone.
"we tried!" the other 3 girls said simultaneously leading to them all bursting into laughter at the walker girls face.
after a few minutes of eating and finishing waking up, a knock was heard on the front door. "not it!" everyone yelled.
"hey guys remember when i said you are all children and you got offended" lauren asked, receiving nods in response. "this is what i mean" she joked as she walked over to answer the door.
before lauren could even get a word in, the girls manager and childhood best friend runs into the house and yells, "i have huge news".
quickly all the girls attention shifted to the center of the living room to hear what peyton had to announce.
"i just got back from the meeting with atlantic and" she paused, "we have our first collab!" she yelled with excitement. she was smiling ear to ear as she was beyond excited to tell the girls her news.
many shouts and gasps erupted from the girls. they had never done a collab before and hoped that this could boost the popularity for their upcoming album.
"do you guys know the band Why Don't We?" peyton questioned receiving a few surprised looks from several of the girls. mia and hannah furrowed their eyebrows confused as to who those people are.
"daniel seavey is in that band right?" avery questioned as if she wasn't just texting him the previous night.
"yes along with zach herron, jack avery, corbyn besson, and jonah marais," peyton responded. "anyways they agreed to collab and we would both put the song on our albums" she screamed with excitement as all of the girls did the same jumping up and down.
as soon as peyton mentioned jack, a memory struck lauren's mind. she had toured with him back before either bands had formed. not only were they best friends on tour, but lauren had harbored feelings the whole time.
that is until she caught him kissing another girl backstage and decided it was best to move on. she didn't want the past to ruin this opportunity so she pushed the thoughts to the side.
"this is going to be our first ever collab," hannah screamed with excitement as she was dancing around the room with mia who was dancing with excitement as well.
"guys don't you think we could just do this on our own," avery spoke receiving several puzzled faces from the others. " i mean come on, do you really think we need some boyband for popularity. sure they seem like great people but why do we need someone else's help to become successful"
"ave it's only just to help, they aren't doing anything for our popularity" hannah air quoted, " we are still working just as hard to get where we want to be. besides this will be super fun" hannah explained receiving nods from the other girls.
"if you say so" avery mumbled hoping that somehow this wouldn't work out. it's wasn't that she didn't like the boys. from what she knows about them, they are sweet and fun to be around. but somehow she knew that this was going to end badly. —
