"I can't believe I let that monster get away with Piper!" I shouted.
"It's not on you, Cel." Mirabella said, trying to calm me down. I took a deep breath and closed my eyes. I tried to hard to use my magic to see Piper, but something was blocking it.
"I can't find her with magic, Pan's is too strong." I opened my eyes and watched Mirabella start to cry.
"Can you teleport us to the royal castle? We have to explain this to Queen Snow." Vi asked.
Everything after that was messy. Mom and Dad ordered I stay home until Pan is gone. Mom checked on me that night, and I didn't speak to her.
"We will get your friend back." I looked up at her, then back to my book. "So be it." She said before leaving. I had two doves fly out that night. They both carried the same message.
Sneak out tomorrow and meet me at our spot. 11 AM.

The morning came but Mira and Violette didn't. Maybe their parents didn't let them leave. On my way back home, I saw a white feather, and another. The feathers lead me to the two doves, mangled. Written on a tree nearby in presumably blood from the birds were the bold words, "Don't mess with Peter Pan."
In the back of my mind, something occurred. We're fighting a battle we can't win. I shrugged it off and went back to confinement within my own home. How were we supposed to get Piper back?
