Chapter 7

𝐖𝐨𝐧𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐎𝐕

Ms. Chou walked in and made some announcements.

"Good Morning class! Today the tickets for the back to school dance will be available for $5, so don't forget to pick some up and maybe get a date?" she said. Everyone started whispering and I assumed everyone was talking about who they were going to ask. As for me, I always go with Yujin and Yuna so we didn't worry about any of that stuff.

I walked to the cafeteria with Yujin and Yuna and we sat at our usual table

"So what are you guys gonna wear to the dance?" Yujin asked.

"Well I don't really know so you guys wanna go to the mall after school?" Yuna said.

"Sure I'm free" "Me too" Yujin and I said.

"So... do you guys think anyone will ask you?" Yuna asked.

"I don't think so I mean I don't really want to go with anyone." I said.

"Really?" Yujin said which confused me. "Even the transfer student, I.N. I heard you guys walked to school together~" she added.

"That was nothing, he's my new neighbor and I wanted to know him better." I said defending myself, but for some reason I felt a little warm and could feel a light shade of pink creeping up my face.

"Okay whatever you say~" Yuna said teasingly.

"Aish why am I friends with you guys again?" I asked.

"Yah we're great friends." Yujin said.

"Ok, ok I take it back!" I said.

We had our normal conversations we had everyday until someone tapped me on my shoulder.

𝐉𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐎𝐕

Seungmin and I walked over to our usual table and saw Kai sitting there looking like a nervous wreck. We were trying to calm him down before he asked Wonyoung to the dance which took what seemed to be forever. He finally gained enough courage to walk over and ask her.

𝐇𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐚𝐢 𝐏𝐎𝐕

I walked up to her and tapped on her shoulder.

"H-hey W-won-nyoung can I ask you something?" I said.

"Sure." she said.

"Willyougotothebacktoschooldancewithme?"

"Huh?" she said confused.

"U-uhm will you go to the back to school dance with me?" I said as clear as I could. She looked shocked.

"Uhm give me one second." she said and I waited patiently and a little disappointed.

𝐖𝐨𝐧𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐎𝐕

I turned to Yujin and Yuna.

"What do I do?" I asked.

"Well do you like him?" Yuna asked.

"No, not in that way." I said

"Well then just go with what your gut says." Yujin said.

I turned back around to face Kai.

I felt it would be bad to reject him since the whole school was focused on us.

"Sure." I said putting on the best smile I could.

"Really?!" he almost shouted.

"Yeah..." I said

"Okay uhm, I'll pick you up at 5:30 pm." he said.

"Okay." and he went back to his friends.

"Uhhh, okay what was that?" Yujin said.

"I felt bad because everyone was watching so I couldn't reject him." I said with my head down.

"Hey it's okay, he's obviously had a crush on you for years, I thought you noticed." Yuna said.

"Well I kinda knew before, but I thought he didn't have feelings for me anymore." I sighed.

"Well I guess Wonnie has a date so Yuji-" Yuna got cut off by Seungmin.

"Hey Yujin you wanna go to the dance with me?" he said.

"Sure!" Yujin said excitedly.

"Welp I guess I'm going solo this year." Yuna said (A/N: BICHI NANEUN SOLO *sorry I had to)

"Sorry Yuna, but hey someone has to ask you right?" Yujin said.

"Actually I got multiple cards in my locker this morning of people asking me to the dance, but I'd rather go alone." Yuna added.

"Oh okay." Yujin said.

A/N: I promise there will be more Wonin and Yunkai soon, but so far we know:

Seungmin and Yujin like each other

Huening Kai likes Wonyoung

Wonyoung likes I.N (maybe?)

I.N likes ?

Yuna likes ? (BICHI NANEUN SOLO [okay ill stop])
