Hey guys! Are ya ready (for Freddy)? I am! Let's continue shall we? Enjoy!

The gang was in the ER waiting room. La'Toya was pacing back and forth, Tiny was curled up in a ball on a chair dozing off, Mari and BB were hugging each other and sleeping, and Foxy was comforting Mangle, who was still crying.

"There there, lassie, just let it all out," Foxy cooed stroking Mangle's hair with his hookless hand.

"Ugh! I can't stand this pressure!" La'Toya shrieked stressfully. "I demand to see my boyfriend! Now!"

"Ms. Thomas, I'm sorry, but Mr. Fitzgerald is not allowed to be seen at the moment," said the nurse at the desk politely.

"I'm going outside for some fresh air," La'Toya announced to Jeremy's friends.

She left.

"Thank goodness," mumbled Foxy.

The doctor holding a clipboard walked into the room.

"Anyone here for Jeremy Fitzgerald?" he called out the name.

Foxy, Mangle, and Tiny stood up. They glanced at BB and Mari.

"They're also here for him too," Mangle stated with another sniffle.

"And there be a lassie outside too," Foxy included.

"All right, well, Jeremy is doing just fine. He's responded to all of our tests, he's sleeping now. We've finished stitching him, and we double stitched him just to be on the safe side. A problem occurred though around his diaphragm area, so please be aware of that. That's where the deepest part of the cut was. So...he may have a few fits of hiccups for more than usual. Anyway, would you like to see them?"

"Of course," enthused Mangle with a nervous sigh.

The doctor led the teens and kitten to the room.

"Quiet, he's still sleeping," whispered the doctor opening the door allowing the guests to walk in. "I'll allow you guys some private time."

With the doctor gone and Jeremy snoring loudly, Mangle walked up to the sleeping man and grabbed his hand.

"Jeremy, I...I'm so sorry," whispered Mangle, "You didn't have to save me back there. You could've let me break and then you could've fixed me. I should've listened to you. I should've followed the rules. You don't deserve to be here."

Mangle started crying again and Foxy hugged her.

Suddenly, Jeremy jolted awake with yelp of pain followed by a hiccup. Tiny had jumped onto his stomach.

"Jeremy!" Foxy and Mangle cheered.

"H-huh? Wh-hic!-where am I? Hic!" Jeremy looked around.

"Tiny! Didn't the doctor say no hurting Jeremy's stomach or diaphragm?" scolded Mangle.

"Oops...sowwy Jemy," Tiny said embarrassed.

"It's hic! quite all-hic!-right, lit-hic!-little one. Hiccup!" With each hiccup, the kitten bounced up and down. A result from laying on his owner's stomach. "Cou-hiccup!-could you kinda hic! get off of hiccup! hic! my stom-hic!-ach please? Hiccup!"

Tiny did as he was told. Foxy giggled and Mangle tried to stifle her own laughs.

"Wha-HIC!" a loud hiccup erupted out of Jeremy and he blushed. "Hiccups, tha-hup!-that's what hic! you find hup! amu-HUC!"

Mangle cracked up and Foxy rolled around in laughter. Jeremy just rolled his eyes at his friends.

"Seems like everything is all right," the doctor returned, "you can go home whenever you're ready."

"Thank huc! you. I'd hiccup! like to go hic! now, if that's all-HIC!" Jeremy's face flushed beet red.

His friends doubled over in laughter, even the doctor chuckled a little. BB, Mari, and La'Toya finally got to his room.

"What did we miss?" asked BB.

"Yeah, we wanna laugh too," enthused Mari.

How can he be friends with these losers? La'Toya thought in her head.

"I-hic!-I have hiccup! the hic! hicCUP!s," Jeremy's face was still flushed red.

BB giggled, Mari smiled, and La'Toya just groaned. She hated when her boyfriend had hiccups. They'd never go away no matter what they did and they got louder the longer they stayed.

"Oh god," she groaned, "Why do you-"

"I didn't hic! give my-Hiccup!-myself the HIC!cups," Jeremy interrupted.

"He's right, the cut affected it and it may be irritated for a while," the doctor informed her.

La'Toya sighed and kissed her boyfriend's red forehead.

"You're sweaty," she pointed out.

"Are you okay?" Mari asked still smiling.

Jeremy nodded as he gave a silent hiccup.

"Owww," he complained, "silent hiccups are the worst."

"But they keep them quiet," La'Toya fussed.

"Babe, you know I can't control it," Jeremy stated, "you're acting weird."

"How am I acting weird?" asked La'Toya.

Jeremy then realized that instead of her usual green eyes, she had one green eye and one amber eye. Mangle's other head was gone in human world and her other head had to go somewhere.

"I understand," Jeremy smiled, "Mangle's other head's controlling you."

Mangle's and Foxy's laughter ceased. They wiped away multiple tears from their eyes.

"That was funny," Mangle breathed, "sorry, Jere."

"I'm just happy to entertain," Jeremy stated.

"Argh! Yer hiccups be gone, lad," Foxy pointed out.

"They'll stop for a couple of minutes or hours maybe then pop back again," the doctor notified, "and you are free to go."

"Thank you, doctor," Jeremy said.

"No problem, oh, and if you do decide to go to work tonight, just be sure to be extra careful. We don't want anymore scratches."

"Okay, doctor," Jeremy promised as they left the hospital, Tiny in Jeremy's arms.

The animatronics returned to the Pizzeria, curing La'Toya of her drama problem. Jeremy and La'Toya were now sitting on the couch watching tv.

"So, no more animatronics to fix up?" La'Toya joked.

"I got promoted for fixing Tiny and BB. I get to be night guard and mechanic," Jeremy smirked.

"Oh, baby, that's wonderful!" La'Toya cheered and held on to Jeremy's hand. "Where'd you get those mechanical skills anyway?"

"Mainly my dad, but uncle Mike actually had me do stuff," Jeremy sighed, "he was always so fascinated with tinkering and tampering with metal. That's why he decided to stay at that Pizzeria and work there despite how flipping scary it was. He was fascinated with the animatronics. He only wanted to make them better."

"Well, it sure did pay off," La'Toya smiled.

"Yeah, it did," said Jeremy.

"How do you like your boss?" La'Toya asked.

"He's all right, but I feel like there's something off," said Jeremy deep in thought now. "He's been wearing a lot of...purple lately and it seems to make the animatronics uncomfortable."

"Uh-oh, that's not good," said La'Toya.

"Yeah, but I got them under control," Jeremy stated with a smile, "they're my best friends."

Jeremy smiled at that. His best friends were a bunch of animatronics.
