𝑎 𝑛𝑒𝑤 𝑠𝑡𝑎𝑟𝑡

moving away from your old life was hard, but it's time to start fresh.

you wake up, putting on your uniform, light makeup, and lip gloss. you're nervous..why are you nervous?

walking into the school, not looking where you are going, you bump into someone.

"oh! I'm so sorry!" you say picking up the books you just dropped.

the last book on the ground gets picked up by a girl with long black hair and bangs.

"No need to apologize, mistakes happen!" she says as she hands you the last book. she smiles, "I'm Yumeko Jabami, and you are?"

"I'm y/f/n. it's wonderful to meet you." you say

she smiles, "you as well!! what class do you have first, I can walk with you!"

"English, and thanks, I don't really know where it is anyways" you chuckle

"no worries!" Yumeko says cheerfully

you both walk into class seeing everyone standing around a table which two people are sitting at, gambling. the girl with golden yellow hair catches your eye first though.

jeez, she's beautiful.

you walk into the class room, walking past the girl with golden yellow hair to get to your seat, while walking past her she looks up at you, and smirks.

jeez- this girl is hot- ok-

*after school*

"I'm glad your day was all normal and went well! if you ever need anything just ask!! I'll see you tomorrow y/n!" said yumeko walking away from you.

"thank you so much! bye!" you said kind of yelling wondering if she could even hear you-

already outside you realize you forgot your textbook in the class room.

walking into the class room to get it you realize that same girl from first period is sitting at a desk and minding her own business.

you don't want to interrupt whatever she's...doing- so you just get your textbook and head out of the room.

before reaching the doorway you hear "hey! aren't you that girl from first period?"

you turn around slowly saying "if I remember correctly, then yes, that's me." you were wondering if that sounded mean-

"attitude. I like it. I'm Mary Saotome. and who may you be..?" she says with confidence.

"I'm y/f/n. and what are you doing all alone here?" you ask just trying to make conversation.

"nothing to do else where." Mary shrugs sounding bored.

are you what's boring her?- you leave thinking she wants to be left alone.

"oh okay. well sorry for interrupting..whatever you were doing, I'll catch you later." you say smiling and walking out of the classroom

while still walking down the hall you hear someone yell: "see you tomorrow, idiot!!"

you chuckle and just keep walking.

idiot?

hmm. this girl might just be something else.
