you walk into class the next day immediately seeing everyone surrounding a table which Mary is gambling at.

no surprise

you walk up to her, she smirks, you do the same back.

walking behind her looking at her cards seeing: rock, paper and paper.

she's studying what she should put down next, she lifts up rock.

"on three show your card" says the other classmate she's gambling

"three, two, one!"

Mary puts down her rock while the other classmate put down a scissors.

"WHAT!! NO!! I SWEAR I WAS ABOUT TO WIN!" says the opponent.

everyone starts cheering when Mary standing up and picks you up hugging you.

she puts you down realizing what she just did "sorry- sorry- just got excited"

you chuckle, "it's fine idiot, congratulations." you say smiling

"ha- thanks jackass." she says looking down at her feet

did I hit a soft stop or something..?

leaving class with Mary by your side, pops up Kirari.

I haven't even been here for a week- does this girl always know where I am?

"hello y/n, can we talk in the hallway?"

Mary still being by my side, I look at her and she is looking at Kirari. I look at Mary to make sure I can go and she nods.

"uh- sure what for?" I say walking away from Mary with Kirari.

"uhm- I would like the invite you, to dinner at my house...tonight." she doesn't seem scared or anything, if anything she seems confident.

"take me? to dinner?...with you?.." You get nervous not expecting her to say that

"that's what I just said, yes." She says being straight to the point.

"I'll- uh, think about it, I really do appreciate the offer though, thank you." you say no, not knowing if Mary would be upset if you said yes.

"Okay, just tell me when your decision has been made." She says walking away

oh- ok then

you walk out of the room and see Mary waiting for you. of course she is waiting for you.

"what did she want?" Mary asks, sounding alerted.

"she- she asked me to go to dinner.." I say avoiding eye contact.

"with her?"

"with her, yes."

"and what did you say to that, y/n"

is Mary jealous?

"Mary...are you...jealous?"

"answer the question y/n"

"I said I'll think about it, because I didn't know if you were want me to go, not knowing if you cared or not" you quietly laugh while saying that..why are you laughing?-

"you're not going. you're not going, you hear me?" she says looking me dead in the eye

"I- okay, I'll tell her later. but why can't I go?" you're curious about what she's gonna say to that.

"good. and, I don't know, I just feel possessive over you."

there is awkward silence

"but don't get any of the wrong ideas jackass, not like I have a soft spot for you or something." she says with a chuckle at the end

wait what?

"I never..brought up anything about you having a soft spot for me? you totally DO have a soft spot for me!" I say figuring it out.

"do not!"

"do too! it's cute it's cute!" you say trying to confront her

"fuck off, idiot" she said punching your shoulder and laughing.

"well, I mean we already missed have of third period, might as well just not go." you say shrugging just not wanting to go to class.

"why? have any ideas?" Mary says sarcastically.

"nope, I can go if you want then, byee" you say sarcastically, walking away

you hear shoes coming after you

"fine fine!, at least have my number first, so we don't just have to talk at school."

"hmm, okay, but you don't get any of the wrong ideas" you say mocking her

she puts her phone number into your phone

you look up from your phone after she puts her contact and stuff in, and her face is so close to hers, you can feel her breathe on your face.

oh my god. oh my god.

next then you know, you're pinned against a locker with her lips against yours. her hands wrap around your waist pulling you closer to her.

her tongue.

that's all you can focus on. you drop all your books allowing your hands to be free, your hands immediately go to her checks pulling her face closer to yours.

*RING RING RING*

the fucking bell. FUCK

hers and your lips separate, and looks at you

"see you later jackass." she winks walking away

you can't even fully process what the FUCK just happened. you kneel down picking up the books you dropped.

standing back up straightening yourself up from what just happened, and walking to your class.

like nothing just happened.
