Leo and Rose have their baby

Chapter 4

We got home a week after the honeymoon and the Bahamas was great! We had a fun time, but most importantly we were home I was excited that we were home, I had 2 weeks left until I gave birth to our baby boy and I was really happy about it. Leo was happy because he was going to have a buddy.

Rose woke up the next morning with her stomach hurting like she did when I conceived him. I yelled for Leo and he came in the living room and said "honey, let's get you to the hospital, you're in labor." Leo decided to call Aaron and Veronica and let them know that we were going to the hospital. Veronica and Aaron met us at the hospital and the 4 of us walked in together Leo had gotten a wheelchair because I couldn't walk anymore.

We got to the information desk and Leo said "We need a room, my wife is in labor and we need a room to deliver in." The lady behind the desk said "okay, sir go down to room #1 and I will be right there."

So the 4 of us went down to room #1 and I got changed and got into bed and waited till the lady from behind the desk to come in, when she did come in she said "what is your name sir?" Leo said "my name is Leonardo DiCaprio and this is my wife, Rose DiCaprio.'' the lady said "Rose, you are in labor, you are 6 centimeters, now I am going to break your water."

After the nurse broke my water, it was smooth sailing. I felt more contractions but they weren't as strong like they were when I woke up this morning. Veronica was on the other side of the bed opposite of Leo, and Aaron was reading a book. The nurse came back in the room to check to check up on me, and I was now 9 centimeters, I was happy to finally give birth to him and raise him like a DiCaprio.

When the nurse came back in the room, to check on me, I was asleep Leo was standing next to me still holding my hand and Veronica was also still standing and holding my other hand. I was still 9 centimeters and I was waiting to have him, we really hadn't decided on names but soon we will be thinking about names. I woke up while the nurse was gone and I said "how many centimeters am I honey?" Leo said "well honey, you are still 9 centimeters she came back in while you were sleeping and she she that you were still 9."

The nurse came back in the room and she said "Rose, you are awake, the last time I came in here you were asleep, now I am going to check you, and I am pleased to announce that you are now ready to push, now on your next contraction, I want you to bear down like you are going to the restroom and push for me."

By the ending of the 5th push I had the baby's head out and I kept on pushing, the nurse was impressed that I pushed so good. By the ending of the 8th push, I had pushed out the shoulders and the rest of the body of the baby. The nurse said " Rose, you are doing great for me, keep pushing for me please."

I kept pushing and pushing, I finally had given birth to a baby boy we decided to name Nicholas Carter DiCaprio. Leo was happy because now he has a buddy. We also decided to just call him Nick instead of calling him Nicholas it was just so much easier.
