Before the life left the area because of Chernobyl's well, reactor malfunction or what ever happened the land surrounding was bland and snowy like most of Russia's snow plains.
However after the meltdown of the reactor the land became radioactive and sinister, because of the radiation or something else people stayed away for quite a while.
Whether this is a good thing or not remains to be seen, but if there is something that has kept people away from the area for so long, It must be hungry and stronger as we had given it time. Time waits for no man and noone is exempt from that.
Come circa 2015 in the month of may the Russian government sends a hazmat team to check the radiation in the area and reactor wreckage itself. Poor team. This will follow that team as they find terrifying evidence that something is living in that territory. Something that hungers for human flesh.
