AUTHOR'S POV
~ 1 YEAR LATER ~
"SILVERNET, a minor telecommunications company, who have now reached 10 million on their net value. With the military's interest in bettering their communication with agents in the field Ms. Silvers and Mr. Azazel go head to head for this contract deal. Back to Sheron with the sports news"

The T.V screen turns black and groans rang throughout the room. Aria shoots a disapproving look at her employees as she tucks away the remote.

"I do believe I said this T.V was to be used and only used for business reasons....so why are you all crowded around here for?"

Multiple replies were called out at once.
"But it is business related mam!"
"Define 'business related'"
"It was Levi's fault" (that's right, I added Levi Ackerman in this. Hate me later, now is story time)
"What did you say brat!"

Aria took in a deep breath then closed her eyes.
"ALRIGHT!ALL OFF YOU SHUT UP ALREADY!"

Silence resonated throughout the room at their boss's outburst.
The sharp hazel eyes scanned the room, now in approval.
"Good....Now team I need all our best deals and reports on all our latest improvements printed out ASAP. I have a meeting with General Wiggins in a week's time and I need everything planned out beforehand. Now go, go, go!" Aria waved her hands dismissively at her employees. Levi remained behind as his colleges exited the room, leaving Aria and himself alone. The Petit brunette sat down in her office chair, skimming through different plans and deals. All the while Levi watched her in silence.

Now or never Ackerman...

"Ms Silvers wou-"
"Aria.."
"Beg your pardon mam?"
"I said Aria. Call me Aria, Levi you know I prefer being called by my first name"

Levi remained silent, letting the request soak in.

Is now a bad time? Most likely.

"What did you wanna ask me Levi?" Aria quirked a brow in interest behind all the paper stacks.

"Um...well You see Ms. Sil- Aria... I was thinking that i could step in for Armin when you go for the meeting with the General." Levi shifted ever so slightly in discomfort under the piercing hazel orbs.

"Sure Levi. If you think you can do better than Armin in this presentation then your in."

Levi smirked Oh I know I can do better

"However, your drafts have to be sent in before Wednesday, ok?"

"Yes Aria..."

Levi strode out of Aria's office, a slight smile on his lips as he played the moments in the brunette's company.

How in the hell is she still single?

Flashes of Aria biting her lips in thought and her slightly open blouse streamed through his mind.

Damn it

ARIA'S POV
I glanced at Levi's leaving form, curious at his actions and questioning his intentions.

Not now Aria.

Getting back on track, I stared at the mountain pile of paperwork on my desk.

Now I have to concentrate on this.

My hand shifts over the smallest pile of paperwork picking up the paper on the very top of the pile to start.

1 HOUR TIME SKIP

"Arhhhh...." I pinch the bridge of my nose in frustration of the contents of a certain document. Just as I was about to shred my latest draft in responce to a deal, my assistant Petra walked in out of breath.

"Mam...*huff* .. you have a *huff*  m-meeting in 10 minutes"

Quickly standing up, I sped past Petra whispering a quick "thank you" as I grabbed my coat and got into my car.

RRRIIINNNGG

INCOMING CALL FROM PETRA

"Silvers speaking"

"Sorry to call you while your driving. I-I know you don't take kindly to encouraging road a-accidents b-but"

"Can you please get to the point Petra?"

"Well mam, your meeting with the government representative today for the contract in a few days time. You need to be at Benu...at exactly 11:55 am. Which is 8 minutes from now"

"Ok. Goodbye"

Benu. Benu...that's What? 5 minutes away. Thank God it's close.

MINI TIME SKIP

I made a quick glance at my watch as I fought with my seatbelt, clearly losing. By the time I finally entered the building it was 11:55 on the dot. My eyes are drawn to a table, well not just the table, but the guy on it as well. The whole restraunt and its customers are dressed in earthy tones, however my potential client stuck out like a sore thumb.

His coat was a deep blue, his eyes the same shade. Those same orbs moved from his watch to my feet, taking their sweet time to reach my face.

"Aria Silvers. Thank you for this opportunity."
My hand remains mid air as he nods towards the chair across from him.

Geeze what crawled up your ass and died?!
