This story is going to start of when the first years are young or born and show what they are doing. This will mostly focus on hinata as she is our main protagonist. Also if you have no idea what omegaverse is I suggest that you search it or read more about it any way lets get on to the chapter.

Mrs. and Mr. Hinata had always wanted kids, they had loved the idea of little versions of themselves running around the house. So after thirteen years of knowing each other, eight and a half years of being together, and five and a half months of trying to have a kid they had finally gotten the news from their doctor that they were going to have a kid. Almost three months after that they had decided they were going to go see the doctors to have their ultrasound done. When they had gotten there and sat for an hour the doctor finally finished with their last patient and the desk man had told them to proceed to room five. Once done and once again seated they looked at each other slightly nervous not knowing weather or not to be just normal nervous or scared however when they had both turned and seen their eyes they knew they could weather the storm. The doctor entered and sat down asking questions about if they were ok with the baby symptoms such as headaches, sore feet, dizziness, morning sickness, etc... they looked at her and Mrs. Hinata answered all the questions saying a yes or a no then the doctor took the ultrasound machine tilting it so the family would see and found their baby they had got a picture thanking the doctor and left. After another month and a half Mrs. Hinata had started to get more cravings for things she had usually never wanted such as meat buns, strawberries, milk, as well as pocky and electrolyte plus drinks. After another six and three fifths months later the family was starting to worry as their baby was not yet in their arms so once again Mr. Hinata was rubbing his wife's overdue belly as he had done the past week now during this time Mrs. Hinata sat still lovingly looking at her husband gradually eating a bag of meat buns which surprisingly was the only craving to actually stay besides her usual diet she ate nothing else since it had been the most prominent thing to eat while she has been pregnant it had mostly been all she ate so even her normal diet had been suffering. Since she had needed nutrition from things other that meat buns/buns she had been taking vitamins to support the pregnancy as well. Suddenly Mr. Hinata felt a kick and Mrs. Hinata had lightly pushed her husband off and stood as soon as she had her water broke, once they realized what was happening they quickly went to get their hospital bags and leave. When they arrived they found the doctor and were rushed to the room (some people may be uncomfortable with labor so) after a painful ten almost eleven hours of labor there daughter was finally in the world with them little did they know what awaited them. After the baby had been cleaned and wrapped in a light aqua marine blanket she was handed to the parents to hold. So six (almost seven) months later the Hinatas were living very peacefully and the parents knew that their daughter was very special, she was already beautiful even though she is only six months, as well as very calm, she had never been overly energetic always asleep or quietly playing in the room she was in so her parents never really knew if she was awake or asleep till a significant time (ten minutes) had passed doing one or the other, with all of that they had also observed she was very shy it was six months in and putting aside the small laugh when they tickled her or few tears (that were pretty silent anyways) when she fell or walked on something that hurt her she had made no other attempts to create noises so they often just went for walks to keep busy and not worry so much. They had also observed that she was quite talented despite not speaking she could draw pretty well for someone of her age with shading by blurring her color pencils or lightly coloring where it should be shaded as well as actually have more than one layer to her work. (What her art looks like above) Even just that she would be considered unique, even more than this despite the few time she was uncoordinated and fell or walked in the wrong spot making her clumsy she was surprisingly elegant and rhythmic when her mind was focused, as well as she had a very good ear which her parents had chopped up to when her dad would play different instruments to her while her mother sang when she was still in the womb, with all of her talent her parents decided that they would put it to good use and read her books from different forms of knowledge while she slept to test a theory they had. Every time she fell asleep they would read a new section in the book they had selected, after one week they had gone through their first book of Japanese, on how to learn to speak and read Japanese, once they had finished reading said Japanese book they left it in the done section of their living room shelves (which just so happened to be on the bottom shelf closest to the floor) On the next Saturday morning which just so happened to be seven days after when their daughter woke up earlier then her parents she walked (well more like waddled because the steps were to big) to the living room to play but saw the book with kanji that she could suddenly slightly read, for it only said Japanese (and her parents were having vocal Japanese lessons read to her in her sleep after the book they read her) when she walked to it she slid it out and walked back to the small table in the living room and sat the book down to read. Later when her parents woke up they saw her looking at the last few pages of the book and walked to her. They sat down with her and waited about eighteen more minutes till she had finished and looked up to them and asked. "Sunshine did you read this book." What they were expecting was a nod of approval or disagreement but what they got was their daughter Shoya stating "Yes mother, father I did read the book, is something wrong." in a small worried stuttering unused voice. They were very surprised to say the least, they picked her up from both sides and hugged her in their laps. Mrs. Hinata told Her "Sweetheart we are very proud of you to speak and are slightly concerned about your voice. Do you mind answering a question for us?" Shoya responded saying "N-no I d-do not." her parents looked at each other and then her father asked "Shoya dear would you mind going to a clinic with us?" Shoya then looked at her parents worried that they thought she was unnatural and questioned them in a worried voice "Is this because You think that I may be unnatural." Her parents looked at her stunned not really knowing what to say for a few seconds questioning if she thought that about herself and wondering why she would ask such a question then softened their gaze and questioned and told her "Sunshine is that what you think about yourself? Do you think that is what others will believe as well? What makes you think you are unnatural? We love you and we have been wondering for a while now about this but had not asked. We believe you are special to do things others may not be able to possibly do there whole life or they learn later in their life." Shoya looked at them happy and simply stated "Okay I will go with you." in a slightly cautious but mostly happy tone. Once they get ready and without making breakfast only grabbing a small smoothie to leave got in the car at eight am preparing for the almost two hour car ride. Shoyas parents sat in the front with their daughter in a car seat in the back. As they all arrive at the clinic of gifted kids and finished parking having to find a spot as lots of other cars were there it had been nine fifty when they told the office woman of their appointment that they made as they got ready and she told them to sit in the waiting room numbered ten so they walked to the room in silence and slight humming from Shoya as she skipped ahead of her parents. Once they got to the room five minutes later the parents sat as they watched their daughter perfectly play with "toys" they had never even known she new of when she was done she cleared all the toys to the side in orderly fashion better then when she had gotten there and took out the smallest puzzle in the clinics room and started to put it together it had only been twenty five pieces so they figures she could do it however what caught them of guard is when she completed the puzzle in six minutes even though she had never done one before and that she spent only a minute looking at the pieces before starting and then not satisfied went and picked a more difficult puzzle that was one hundred and fifty pieces. After she finished putting away the other twenty five piece in the box and back on the shelf and coming back to open the box the parents were silently in aww of their daughter that had such an intense concentration to finish, that they had not noticed that another twenty five minutes went by until their daughter tugged on their shirts with her head down slightly away from the cameras and said in a shy voice "Mom dad I am hungry, how much longer do we have to stay here." They turned to her and replied with "Hi Sunshine hopefully not to much longer would you like one of us to ask reception if they have snacks or for us to pick something up for you." She sat and thought then stated in a nervous shy quiet voice with her head still down "I don't want you guys to leave me here by myself this place is creepy and weird." they were shocked and said "Why do you think that?" she looked at them and said "People are watching us in this bird cage. We have been observed since about thirty minutes after we entered and they have cameras in hidden places. That means they know what we have been doing in here from the beginning luckily they don't have sound but still." They were shocked to say the least then finally they said to her. "Go finish your puzzle dear then we can leave ok dose that sound good." She looked at them and nodded her head. As she went back to her puzzle she started again, around six minutes, when she only had like five more pieces the doctor walked in and said. "Sorry for the wait I have been put on your case and been brought up to speed. Do you have any questions before we start." That was when the seven month old Shoya looked to the doctor having just put the last pieces of the puzzle together and simply asked with a small sunshine smile "Dose this office have any meat buns or curry buns, like something of that variety." The doctor was stunned and looked to the parents who in response just put their hands in a raised position in front of their chest as if to say they did not say that and told the doctor "We have no idea she started talking this morning and we asked her if we could bring her here." The doctor turned to Shoya and asked "Hello what is your name little one? My name is Dr.Yin but you can call me Dr.Y if you would like, I heard you could talk but I am still a little shocked are there enough toys to occupy your time?" Shoya started by saying. "Hello my name is Shoya. It is nice to meet you Dr.Yin, also I guess, but I do like the puzzles." When Shoya had said that the doctor then noticed the puzzle on the table and said. "You have only been here for an hour give or take ten minutes, did your parents help you with this puzzle? Is it the first puzzle you have done since you got here? How long were you playing with the toys before you got bored and started the puzzles?" Shoya looked at her parents as if in approval and they nodded then Shoya once again spoke and told Dr.Yin. "No I did them by myself, also this is my third puzzle I did the twenty five the seventy five and this one also I played with the toys for twenty minutes before moving on to these." Shoya started to put the puzzle back in the box as her parents looked at each other then asked her. "When did you do that seventy five puzzle?" She replied saying. "In between this one when I was about one fourths way through I got tired of this design and went to a different one then came back to this one, I think that was when mama and papa were staring at space." Then Dr. Yin said. "Ok well you guys can ask questions now." to Shoya replied "I already asked my question even if I never got an answer. Mother Father do you have any questions to ask Yin~san." They looked to Yin~san and said. "We would like to know if you have any meat buns here?" Yin~san then said. "Aahh yes I had forgotten about that I was simply so shocked my apologies no we do not have meat buns here however we do have a kitchen and ingredients if you would like to have someone make them with assistance from you of course." The parents looked to Shoya that had sparkly eyes and said "That would be wonderful thank you." Shoya showing happiness not yet shown jumped into the air and said. "Yes. Going to make some meat buns going to make some meat buns." Suddenly she stoped and said. "My apologize I got over exited and acted out of line." She then put her right hand over her heart and left at her side while bowing at a perfect 80% slant. They all stared at her in shock with wide eye and said at the same time. "Why are you apologizing thats the first time I have seen you act like a kid." Then Yin~san said. "You mean you have never seen this side of her?" Shoyas parents just nodded in agreement, with a very astounded Yin~san they all walked to the kitchen as the parents asked why they had one and the doctor simply stated it was for the prodigies that excel in the culinary field wether it be physical or mental. When they reach the place it was eleven they walked in and all of a sudden a group of about 12 kids from three to eight all walked to them asking things such as: Is it a girl? Is it a boy? Are they knowledge or physical? Do they know what they are here for? Did you test them? Are they here to help us? then all of a sudden a young boy about two years of age approached the girl from behind her parents to see she was only about nine maybe nine and a half months of age by appearance and asked and told. " Hello my name is Tetsurō Kuro if you are here you have to at least know how to say your name even if you are only, nine months? Ten? do you know what you want or are you here just to test us." Then Shoya replies by nodding her head and saying in a stuttering quiet voice for a reason she was not sure of quite yet "Y-y-yes m-my name is S-s-shoya H-hinata it is nice to meet you. Also u-umm we came to a-ask some of the "prodigies"(she had almost said as a question) to make meat buns for me. A-also I am only s-s-seven and a h-half." When she finished and looked into his eyes they were wide and surprised and then turned to a smile of surprise saying. "Oh my gosh you like meat buns. Do you have a particular type? The best one you have ever tried? Other kinds than regular ones in the stores or what?" Then she had sparkles in her eyes and said "You mean to tell me that you can make me a specific kind of meat bun to my taste thats so cool. I honestly have no real idea why I am in this place besides all the shocked looks I have gotten from people every time I do something, but I don't really care if it means I can get a special meat bun out of it then I will gladly help you get stuff ready like an assistant." Once Shoya finished everyone was looking at them wondering how Kuro suddenly became friends with the girl that walked in. They both stood there staring at each other thinking about the perfect way to make a meat bun or the perfect one to taste. Yin~san suddenly said "Well I guess Kuro gets to help them out today." Shoya turns to her parents and says "Can I really help, mom dad please it would be even better if I could make my own meat buns from now on." They look at her in surprise and tell her they are fine with it, once told Kuro grabs her hand and drags her to the station they will work at and lets go looking back only to see a teary eyed Shoya who is slightly shaking, griping her wrist. "Oh I am so sorry Shoya I guess I pulled you to hard" mumbled Kuro then Shoya said "No I should apologize it was not your fault I did not speak up. Also I don't think that was the reason, my wrist hurts yeah but only slightly not a whole lot it was more a feeling I got when you touched me and when I am around you but I don't know why." Kuro looked at her shocked then turned to her parents as if asking if she had been tested and when they shook their heads turned back to Shoya and said. "Chibi~Chan I should apologize to you that feeling you get when your around me is most likely because you are not used to being around other people much less alphas" Shoya then looked at him and said "Well I am glad, I had thought I freaked out for nothing but I guess I was right, also I should apologize for worrying you like that I am truly sorry." She said as she bowed down just like earlier but this time slightly out of respect as well as being apologetic. Once she stood back she saw his face and said "Tetsurō~Kun dose that mean you are an alpha." He replied back slightly shocked saying "Well yes I am I found out last year when someone tried hurting my friend and I almost made the guy pass out from just intimidation so my parents took me to go get tested. How did you know that anyway." "Well at first I thought it was simply my imagination but when you touched me the feeling only got worse so I was scared but then you explained I was scared because I had probably never been around people much less alphas even though that is not the case so I figured you meant you were one, that makes me glad." Kuro said. "Why dose that make you glad that I am an alpha your not worried." Shoya then calmly walked the three steps to Kuro and hugged him saying "Kuro~san I want you to listen to what I have to say and never doubt the words that are going to come from my mouth ok. Can you do that?" Kuro looked down while he hugged her shocked she said his name like that because he knew it would be important (what she would say), and then calmly said. "Yes I can do that to the best of my ability and promise that if I have worries in the future about what you say I will tell you about them." Shoya sighed stoped hugging him and took a step back still holding his hands so she would know when he felt what she was saying was true and look at Kuro and in a calm but very serious voice said. "Kuro~san alphas are strong the strongest of us and they were given that strength to protect people they care about and never let people who want to harm them do so, yes that strength can be used to harm someone but what matters is that you instead use it for what you believe in and what you love. As an alpha you have already helped out someone who you care for no matter if as a friend or more , the point is I trust you to be there to protect me and others like me who can not stand up for themselves due to a difference in rank or courage and confidence and I hope you will always stay like that." At this point Kuro was on his knees on the ground in saita position holding the small seven month old Shoya in his arms in a hug with his forehead on her shoulder and despite being only seven months she looked closer to nine and a half hence the earlier confusion. Then after a few minutes of them on the floor and hugging while Yin~san and her parents looked at them as they got up (At this point all the other prodigies had resumed the work they were doing before the family walked in. So the two kids only had a small audience) once up they had turned to the small group and bowed saying their apologies for talking as if they had not been there that they would start right away. (with the parents assistance of course) After the meat buns were done and had come out to rest before being eaten the family and Kuro talked more with Yin~san than they had previously. Mrs. Hinata asked "Do you know if she is going to be looked at differently by the other kids?" While Yin~san said "That may be a possibility for her especially because she is so much younger than most of the "capables" we have now." Mrs. Hinata asked "What do you mean by "capables" dose that have another meaning." At this point Kuro and Hinata were starting with stars in there eyes due to Kuro having known what it meant and Hinata picking up on his excitement. Kuro stated mater of factly to Shoyas parents after asking Yin~san "Do you really think she could be one of them?" While Yin~san just said. "Yes." "Well to be honest Mrs. and Mr. Hinata a capable is simply what we call them, being that they can do multiple things early in life that a normal person would accumulate over a lifetime, such as cooking, reading, writing, speaking foreign languages, puzzle solving, acute observation, acting, dance, art, singing, instrument playing, academics, leadership, team building, design, hospitality, creativity, imagination, acute pheromone use/perception, as well as others but most capables only get a few that they are actually good at like four through six and as years pass they find one or two to actually focus on while being mildly good at another one or two. At least that is what I have gathered since being here. Is all of that correct Dr.Y?" Yin~san says. "Yes that is correct on what capables can do as well as what usually happens however like Kuro said about MOST only getting a few and how they end up, as well as some being normal skills you would learn a little later time in life, there are some who are more gifted even if it is quite rare. As you asked before I do believe that she may be looked at differently by people who are, lets say less gifted or not as bright but she will always be able to be herself here and I may suggest having her act as if she was normal or maybe just not as talented." Kuro then asks. "Wait you think she could be one of those the rare ones? The elite of the elite? Do you really think she could keep up an act like that?" Then before Yin~san or Shoyas parents could say anything Shoya said. "I can do it even if I can't do it now I can learn to do it, that's how "elite stay elite" right? I don't want mom and dad to worry about whether the kids that don't go here are going to treat me like an oddity. Besides Yin~san said that I could always break the act if I was here, that I could just be "myself" whatever that means, and I am sure I will find people I can trust outside of here that will know my true self and will help keep my act going when I slip up. Even if me not making those friends was even a possibility." as she turned to Kuro to finish speaking. "I would still see you and you could always help me." Her parents then looked at her and said. "How did we get so lucky to have you? Your so worried about everyone else you don't even see yourself." With that her parents finally broke and hugged her like she did earlier with Kruo but in chairs and her in their laps. After the sweet family moment Yin~san turned to the parents and said. "I would like for her to take the test now if that is alright. It may also reveal other things about her that could help in the future. As well as she may have to take multiple tests if my theory is correct." Kuro looked at Yin~san then to Hinata then back to Yin~san and asked her. "Do you really think she could be talented enough to take those?" While Mrs. Yin~san just looked at him and smiled shyly shrugging her shoulders in an -I don't know but kind of hope so- way with that Kuro turned back to Shoya who was now siting back in her chair and hugged her whispering in her ear. "Good luck I think you can do it." While Shoya just hugged back slightly confused then let go saying. "If I come back to this creepy spy place I hope we can make more meat buns together it was fun but hopefully I will be older so my parents are not as scared to let me actually do stuff besides handing over ingredients." While she said that her parents took all but four of the meat buns outside the room that they were in along with Mrs. Yin~san. Since they knew Shoya would catch up and Kuro only replied saying. "Sure but you have to come back to give me feedback before then so I know I can improve them somewhere." Shoya smiled happily at him saying. "I will definitely do that I have a feeling that even if I don't want to I will be coming back here a lot." With that she waved, left, and meet up with her parents who gave her a meat but as she stepped out. Once Mrs. Yin~san escorted the Hinatas to the testing room it was already one thirty pm and Shoya was on her third meat bun slightly surprising Yin~san in how much she could eat. Shoya was told to sit in front of a desk and fill out a packet to the best of her abilities. Shoya sat down and about eight minutes later filled the packet out till the third page and then asked "Yin~san I need a few pillows this desk is to tall for me." Yin~san said. "Ah yes my apologies, here you go." Shoya took the seven pillows and placed five under her and one where her upper arms meets the side of the table as well as one behind and told Yin~san "Thank you." as she focused on the packet again. About forty minutes later she had finished her seventh meat bun and was done with the packet even the extra question on the back saying optional that took extra paper to do in which she needed eight extras as she had to write a short story on something she liked to do the most she put the pencil to the side and closed the packet with the short story on top and said. "Dr.Yin I completed the packet. Do I need to do anything else?" Yin~san looked at her and said in a slightly shocked voice "You finished that fast. Did you answer to the best of your ability or just answer them randomly." Mrs. Hinata then asked. "Is there something wrong with the time she finished, forty eight minutes seems like a good time for that packet." Yin~san then said in response. "Well for the size it would make sense but the questions in that packet are supposed to be challenging for her, even as a capable." Shoya then interrupted their small conversation to answer the question she was asked and said. "Yes Yin~san I did fill out the packet to the best of my ability just like you said when you handed it to me, yes the questions inside the packet were challenging and I definitely would have had taken a longer time had I not already known some of the answers to them but it mostly took a long time to answer the short story." Yin~san looked shocked saying "God that question is still on there it did say optional meaning you did not have to answer." Shoya said. "Well I did not know what the word ment so I just answered and wrote the story at least I know for next time besides it was fun to do." Yin~san looked at her and sighed saying. "It is ok I am glad you answered them all even if you did not have to is your short story only a few pages." Shoya said. "Yeah it is only eight sheets but I guess that would be sixteen pages because they are front and back." As she was finishing the sentence she picked out the last meat bun in the bag seeing as her parents ate three each and Yin~san ate two for taste and hunger. Yin~san nodded and said. "Ok well you can hand that to me and I will give you the other packets to fill out." Shoya nodded and handed her the packet as she was still eating her meat bun. When Yin~san came back she had a few filing boxes and four more packets she sat the filing boxes on the small desk in the other corner of the room and walked to Shoya to hand her the first packet among them then said "I will hand you each packet in order as you finish the previous one that will make a total of five packets can you sit here for the time you think you will need. It is about two twenty five right now so if you feel tired or think you wont have time to finish before nine then let me know and I can put the other four packets on hold for another day if you would like." Shoya yawned and said. "I think I can finish before then I may need to take a nap after that third packet but I should be fine after that so long as you wake me up about an hour after I fall asleep it should be ok. As well as if I have some water before and after I take my nap." Yin~san nodded and said "Ok sounds fine with me I can ask Kuro if he would like to be the person too bring you that stuff if you like?" Shoya then said. "No that is fine let him do what he should be focusing on, all will be ok if I just have a big glass or bottle of water to drink from before and after, besides if he wastes his time on me what good would that do make him bored siting here watching me take a nap." Yin~san looked at her and said. "Ok well I will get your water now so we do not have to worry about it later and you can start on that packet in front of you they should get harder as we go forward but some parts may be easier that others in previous packets." Shoya nodded and started her second packet as Yin~san walked out and Shoyas parents whispered to each other till sixteen minutes later Yin~san came back with a large water bottle and asked how Shoya was doing and they said concentrated as Yin~san looked to her she saw that Shoya was about halfway through the packet like four more pages and she was there. About another twenty minutes Shoya finished the second packet and asked as she drank some water from the bottle that she brought for her. "Yin~san may I please have the next one of these packets? I finished. The extra papers for the blueprint of the building plus the disigns for the rooms are on the top like previously." Yin~san looked at her and nodded slightly curious as to why she did the extra question even after the last time when she was told what the word ment she took the one Shoya had and gave her the third, as she started the packet it was now five and she had started to feel the effects of waking up early and not yet having taken a nap so she tried to answer the questions in detail and as fast as possible so she could take a nap and about fifty minutes later she did so. Looking to Yin~san she said. "I finished Yin~san the mini biography took so long to figure out what to write I mean I am only seven months. So I mostly just wrote out things I like to do or have done in my time so it is rather short I apologize. Do you mind if I take my nap now? I feel sleepy." Yin~san looked at her and nodded, so Shoya took all the pillows out of there cases exept the one she used for her arms and laid them on the ground as she put the other one on those and climbed into three of the six of them and put the other three across her horizontally as she slowly fell asleep. As it was now her nap time her parents were just quietly talking to Yin~san and around six forty five they heard a knock on the door Mr. Hinata went to open it only to find Tetsurō Kuro the boy that helped his daughters hunger problem so he stepped aside to let him in noticing he was carrying a container that looked to large for him as he closed the door. He walked back to his wife to sit down and she asked the boy "Hello little one why are you here?" To which Kuro replied by saying quietly (getting the memo he was not supposed to speak loudly not that it was going to help) "Hello I came to bring Shoya and you guys as well some energy boosting food and drinks. Is she sleeping under the table is that why we are quiet?" The Hinatas and Yin~san nodded so Kuro did to as he walked closer to the table to set the food on it as he did he could hear soft breathing not much like the people he saw in front of him and bent down under the table to see Shoya on a bunch of pillows eyes fluttering open. Standing up he turned to her parents and said "I think she is waking up her eyes are fluttering." As he said that she sneezed the most adorable sneeze and sat up getting out of her make shift blanket and walking over to Kuro and leaning her head against him stating tiredly. "Your presence is very nap disturbing do you know that, I could feel you even behind the door of the room. Also I guess it dose not matter since I told them about an hour was fine." He looked down at her and said. "Sorry I had no idea you might be asleep also your sence is amazing to sense me through the door, I came to bring food I hoped you all would like to eat because it is late and you have been here all day, figured it might help your energy to bad you found a solution before I could bring it out here. Also could you get off of me your parents "mostly your dad"(he whispered in her ear) feel really agitated and threatening towards me." She stepped back having realized her proximity to him right after waking up and apologized saying. "I am so sorry I didn't have my eyes open fully and simply followed the strong presence I felt slightly agitated at being woken up I apologize again." Then turning to her parents said "I am sorry to you as well I had not considered how my close proximity to Tetsurō~Kun might make you feel bad and I apologize for my actions and promise to be more careful from now on." Her parents looked at her and Kuro could no longer hold in his laugh as he gave in he said "Ah ha ha Chibi~Chan sorry for laughing but they don't feel bad they are merely protective over their only(?) daughter so when you woke up and walked right to me an alpha (normally being that alpha are dominant over everyone) they wanted you away so that you do not get attached to alphas like that." Now it was Shoyas turn to laugh as she fell to her knees then looked up at her audiences confused faces she stoped laughing and said. "My apologize again I simply thought that the idea of being dependent on an alpha is odd like I know that one day that will be the case but right now I simply walked to the close proximity of the "alpha" because he had interrupted my nap and I was thinking about how stupid I was to think he would not be thinking about bringing us food after meeting him like how we did and should have put more into my answer when Yin~san had asked me about him with the water that way it would have been something I was expecting to feel during my nap or packets. Also the idea that you are overprotective of me made me laugh too because it made me realize how terribly week and defenseless I actually am that someone else has to protect me. Like I said I apologize I merely could not take the irony." They looked at her on the floor shocked by the way she thought of it and in complete shock till Kuro said. "No thats not what that means it means that they care about you. That they can not bear the feeling of you getting hurt, even to see you with one small scratch or to see you have a small bruise after falling would make their heart shatter to a million tiny little pieces." Shoya looked at him and smiled a small great full smile and said. "So you could say all that to me with the wisdom of an old great sage but still feel worried about hurting people you care about because your an alpha that, is hilarious but still I am great full thank you it helped a lot to hear that from someone." She slowly got off the floor and dusted off her jean overalls as she walked to her parents and sat on her fathers lap looking up at him just as everyone else in the room was now doing and said. "I know that I will definitely cause you trouble in the future and that it will always be difficult for you to see that I may do things out of logic not emotion and as emotion not logic in a situation where you may want me to do the opposite how ever I can promise that I will always love you and that the amount of love that is there will never diminish even if I happen to fall in love or want to be close with other alphas and or male/female relationship interests." As she finished she slowly glanced at Kuro in a knowing look of -I know you would be interested in a guy- as he looked at her like -how dose she know that- and then looked back to her father as she said again. "Every day I can promise that I will love you more just as one day I may like someone that same amount simply in a different way." And he then looked down at her and said. "That makes me happy to know, just promise me you will give me some time before you make that kind of decision ok." She replied saying. "I will try my best. Also this family moment is nice but I have two tests to finish and a little less than two hours to do them." Suddenly Yin~san looked to the clock seeing it at seven twelve as she looked back at her and said. "Ah yes here is your next packet." Shoya took the packet bowed and walked back to the table there she had placed the packet down and went to grab the pillows and put them back together with the covers on as Kuro asked her parents and Yin~san if they wanted to pick something from the tray they said yes and walked over to the tray to find something they might like and to their surprise found their favorite on the go snacks as they looked down at the tray in surprise Shoya just finished putting her pillows how she had them before and sat down starting her packet later she saw the others almost finished grabbing their shacks (about twelve minutes later) and asked. "Is there a chance you brought any apple sauce with you in that tray?" then Kuro looked at her and said. "Yeah I did I figured you may want some since you said it was something you liked to eat." She smiled as he passed her a plastic spoon a small bowl and a glass jar filled with apple sauce that looked like he just made it, she poured some into the bowl and closed the jar setting it slightly to the left or her but still in front as she finished the sixteenth page and reached the one thirds way point so she ate some apple sauce and eyes widened at the taste but just as quickly went away and focused back on her packet while Kuro asked Yin~san while looking at her. "Dose she really only have one more packet after this because that is amazing. Almost surreal as even other capables don't get this far in an entire day so for her to be almost done in half a day is impressive. I see why you were hoping now, definitely not a normal prodigy." Yin~san said. "Yes she dose only have one left after this, it is quite impressive to say the least especially us knowing what you just said, as well as me thinking she could probably be the new number one with how she is with the tests, I am kind of curious as to why she is like this perhaps she got special care while in the womb or something." With the statement Yin~san made, Kuros eyes widened at her seeing that rank, since he had got to know her and would be quiet proud to say the least, then Shoya stated after eight minutes of silence. "Yes that is correct ask mother and father what they did while she was pregnant and then things will make more sense. Kuro should figure it out." After that Shoya finished three fifths of the packet and started the next section that would be more difficult as well as the last one which was only going to take long due to her inability to not answer the question. Yin~san and Kuro looked to her parents and Yin~san questioned "What is she talking about did you do something weird while she was in the your womb or is it something else." Mrs. Hinata said "I have no clue I don't think we did anything to make her this way the only thing we did during my pregnancy was basic maintenance and calming activities." Kuro and Yin~san stared figuring she was just being modest about her activities then Yin~san asked. "What kind of calming activities, did you just lay down or did you have like yoga or meditation class." Mrs. Hinata looked confused as Yin~san spoke and answered saying. "Well yes I did go to a meditation class a few times a week during the end of my pregnancy but the calming activities I was thinking of were like when I read aloud to her, when we listened to music, watched the ballet together or the 'how to' art videos so I could learn to draw if she had ended up deaf you know something I could do with her that would not require hearing, learned sign to be able to speak to her, when I would sing while my husband played the instrumental, how I watched my husband learn how to cook through me or videos so he could cook for me during the end of my pregnancy and I could just watch instead of having to stand to do all the work, things like that." Kuro spoke up like Shoya predicted and said. "Well that explains a lot especially how she was able to move around a kitchen pretty well even though she had never really done so." When Yin~san heard this she was shocked and said. "Why do you say that Kuro they seem like regular things to do except maybe the sign language or the being possibly deaf part how dose it make sense." Kuro replied saying. "To be honest it is just a guess but my thoughts are because most of us special kids or "prodigies" as we have been called are mostly alpha or beta are senses are really sharp a heightened ability based on rank I guess, but I was saying it makes sense because even if they are omega the one thing we all have in common here despite our different categories is our senses they are all unusually sharp even for us alphas they are better than other alpha senses who are not prodigies so for everyone here to have mostly that same ability, with some wavering of course, but despite rank or gender must be because we are given something before we are born my guess is that it is the activities people do when they are pregnant since Shoyas parents did a lot to keep calm or busy and it was a regular routine throughout their pregnancy Shoya is gifted with those same qualities however it is also that the baby inside has a say also like in a normal pregnancy where you mostly just can not find the right food to eat or you feel moody or tired it is the same thing, your baby dose what it wants my mom was addicted to cooking shows when she was pregnant with me even though she had never liked anything related to cooking and my father always did it, she could not get enough of them when I was in her womb my dad says that he knew I was his kid because of that since I could get my mom to watch them when she carried me and that he always loved cooking that is why I believe she is such a talented capable even among the other capables aswell as being so young. Especially since she had finished the packet a few minutes ago and is simply waiting calmly eating apple sauce, for us to finish talking about this. I think it was those meditation classes that did this, the reason she is so calm and collected." They all turn to see her eating apple sauce just as Kuro said while he walked over and sat down in the same chair to ask Shoya. "Do you like the apple sauce I started making it when you guys left I was not sure if you wanted a normal one or one that had other flavors as well so I just went with original I hope thats ok." Shoya replied after she finished swallowing and said "Honestly best apple sauce I have ever had, now I know I have to come back so I can memorize the recipe and always have it." As she said that she poured more apple sauce and told Yin~san "The plot idea for the movie or show I would create is on top like previously." She then started eating while Yin~san took her packet nodded than gave her the last one while she had a whole hour and four minutes to do the packet so she let Kuro continue as she pretty much had a little more than five minutes seeing she would most likely not need an hour to finish she turned to him and he finished saying. "Yeah you could memorize the recipe or you could just come back everyday and eat it when I am done making it lots of us kids like apple sauce and so it is a regular thing made in the kitchen normally we all rotate who makes what so we can all get better but since we (the culinary prodigies) as a group decided for me to make it since everyone usually eats mine and I like experimenting more than the others they just gave that one to me so it means that I will always be the one to make your apple sauce no matter how sad that may seem." As Shoya replies saying. "Yeah that is kind of sad that I will not meet the other kids that way but it is also cool because then that means we will see each other a lot and that we could become good friends." Kuro smiled and said. "Yeah that is true anyway I have to go clean the kitchen space I used so I will Leave and let you fill out your packet in peace." Shoya says. "Ok get home safe." Kuro waved and left with all but the stuff Shoya had been using and was eating. Shoya then set aside her food as Kuro left and started on her packet, while her parents noticed she had been focused on being part of the meet and greet you would do with a host when you go to their house or special occasion you were invited to seeing as she went back to her task as soon as he had left causing the parents to wonder where she had learned that or if they were overthinking it and she simply wanted to talk with him while he was here. All they knew was that they were glad she was their daughter and that they would do what it took to make sure she had a good life. So they calmly talked with Yin~san about random things and about what Yin~san dose at the clinic, until it was about fifteen minutes out and Shoyas parents looked at her and asked "Shoya dear are you almost done there is only about fifteen minutes left till nine." To Shoya replied with. "U-umm yes I am almost done I already did the write your favorite choreography steps I am simply struggling on a few of the questions on the inside" Yin~san said. "God I thought you were never going to say that, finally do you want me to explain it so you can answer to the best of your ability?" Then her parents said. "Wait you want her to get stuck on these packets." Yin~san then stated. "I will explain later but for now focus ok." As she turned back to Shoya the little girl stated. "Yes I do need help I understood some of it however reading another language is a lot harder then I thought it would be." Yin~san then replied. "Yes that packet has six English questions I forgot it's been so long since I've had to pull these out, also let me read them to you in Japanese then in english and then you can answer ok." Shoya said. "That sounds great thanks!" So for the next twelve minutes Shoyas parents watched as Yin~san read a question in Japanese then English for Shoya, only for said girl to answer the question with only slight hesitation. Once done she handed Yin~san the packet with the four page comic/dance steps on the top as always. Since they still had time they walked back to the kitchen area as a voice on a loud speaker said. "May everyone that dose not work here please leave the premises as soon as possible, thank you." So they listened and walked faster getting there and quickly putting the dishes in the dish washer seeing Kuro still there putting on a jacket they asked him if he wanted to walk with them outside and he said ok, that his mom should be there soon if not already. So the all walked out side as the doors got locked and talked for a few minutes as Kuros mother pulled up and asked who the new people he was talking to were so he calmly said to her. "Hello mother this is Hinata Shoya and her parents." His mother smiled and said. "Well that is wonderful you are making new friends more and more." While she said that she got closer to Shoya until she was stoped by her son at the end of her sentence who stood in between his mother and new found friend saying. "She is not used to us be carful please I don't want her scared of you" •just like the others• he mumbles to himself but Shoya heard as she moved Kuro behind her and walked towards his mother with a happy sunshine smile and extended her hand as the older women took it slightly surprised as the little girl actually spoke saying. "While it is true I am not used to alphas without suppressants I do not feel as though I should allow my new friend Tetsurō~kun to use himself as a shield to block me from someone he obviously wants to please." She said looking up staring with no fear in her eyes and a slight hint of hatred and aggression Mrs. Kuro was shocked to say the least and then said. "Yes I understand what you mean I quite like you, I believe you would make a good friend to him." She said slightly smiling which caught Kuro by surprise as he had only seen her smile once before at a question his father asked her once (involving her favorite thing) so he felt full of pride as Shoya had gotten his mother to smile in the first time she met her. Today would be a day he would always remember and thank the lords she was brave enough to stand up to his mother an alpha way stronger and experienced than himself. After Kuro left with his mother having already given Shoya a hug saying that he would always be thankful and explain at a later time. Shoyas parents looked at her than smiled at her knowing she would not let others push her around even if they were of higher rank than what they had been gathering she was. Then Mrs. Hinata spoke saying "Ok well shall we head home so we can go to sleep I am sure your tired sunshine." Shoya turned and nodded tired from all the questions, packets, moving, intimidation, and lack of sleep she had today. So they all walked to the car and went home after the almost one hundred fifteen minute car ride Shoyas parents took an almost asleep sunshine and walked inside to lay her down for bed, however as they did Mr. Hinata who had been the one actually carrying her had felt her a little warmer than normal so he covered her completely and left to his and his wife's room to sleep as it was almost eleven at night and fell asleep with his wife. The next morning at ten they woke up surprised seeing the time as they usually wake up early due to their daughter waking up however this morning they heard nothing so they slept through and walked to their daughters room only to see she had a fever and was sweating a lot in bed so they woke her up and Mrs. Hinata told her "Good Morning sunshine could you stay awake for a little while so your father can go get a glass of water for you and I could change your sheets." Shoya looked up with squinted eyes not wanting to let light in and nodded her head in response as her father left the room and she slid of the bed so her mother could fix her sheets. While her mother slid of the comforter and sheet while walking to the hall closet to get new ones her father walked back into the room with a bowl and pitcher of water as well as a small rag and a glass when he set down the pitcher and bowl he handed Shoya the glass and said to her as her mother walked back in "Hello sweetheart I know you don't feel good but just hold this glass for me for a second ok I am going to put some water in it I just need to place this rag in the bowl and then I want you to drink as much of the water as possible ok." Shoya nodded and in a quiet tired voice said. "Y-yes." So her father walked to the pitcher and bowl as her mother finished putting on the sheets of Shoyas small baby bed so she went to her drawers where she kept all her things and picked out a new pull up and onesie to put Shoya in while picking which onesie her father walked back to her and poured some water into the small glass he had handed to her earlier and said "I want you to drink as much of this as you can ok it will help." So Shoya looked at him and brought the small glass to her mouth(with much effort on her part)and drank about four and a half ounces almost half the glass within the three minutes it took for her mother to finish with picking a onesie and walk to her from the other side of the room she kneeled in front of Shoya as she took the glass from her and said "You have to take a small bath ok. If you stay like this then you will not feel comfy." Shoya then raised her arms to her mother and her mom carried her to the bathroom and set her down right out side the bathtub to put her cloths on the sink, take Shoyas cloths off and start the water so it can get to a warmer temperature. Once Shoya was undressed and in the bath she let her mom wash her. When everything was done and all the old cloths were put in the hamper Shoya had laid down while her father placed a cool damp towel on her head and left with his wife to let her rest saying "Try to get some rest ok sunshine. We will be back to check on you." As promised her parents checked on her all day thankful that it had been a day that they were both available to take care of her and happy that she seemed to be better by the end of the day. When it had finally reached nine thirty her parents went to bring her some miso soup and cashew butter both in two small bowls so she could just eat something and to their surprise as they walked in Shoya was sitting up on her seat that the window is attached to staring out of it.(Think peter pan when Wendy is sitting on the window.) She still looked flushed and tired but she was looking way better than this morning so they looked to her and Mrs. Hinata asked "Baby would you like to eat where you are right now." To which Shoya nodded while her mother said while walking to her "Ok well here you go eat as much as possible, we were quite worried this morning when you suddenly got a fever s-." Shoya cut her off saying. "Thanks for worrying but I did not have a fever even if I am more special in my mind than others are my body is still that of an omega and it would still take longer to get out of a fever I was just over whelmed yesterday by all the information and my body snapped, telling me my breaking point when I had to face an alpha who was not only someone of higher rank but also someone who is much older and better at controlling and using their pheromones than I am at this point in time, having not really experienced them since you guys seem to take suppressants and I have been outside once before those events yesterday." Shoyas parents looked at her and asked. "How do you know we take those and that you are an omega? That should only be clear to a physician and only once your at least a year and a few months, (give or take) more than if your not an alpha." Shoya says. "Well I am not completely sure I am one but I do not feel the same as dad or Kuro feels so I don't think I could be an alpha but like I said I am not sure but I do feel closer to how mom feels so I thought maybe I was like her." Then her father said. "Since we want to make everything seem as if you are normal we can take you to see the rank specialist when you turn two maybe a little before that." Shoya nodded as she ate and her mother then said "Sunshine do you want us to stop taking suppressants that way you can feel how the pheromones of an alpha and omega are? That way you are used to them." Shoya then said after thinking for a few minutes "That seems ok and as long as dad dose not get mad or irritated at me in the beginning I should be fine." Then her father responded by saying "I don't think I could ever feel that way about you I mean do you think you could even do anything that would make me mad because I do not." Shoya said to her father. "Dad if I were to go to school in the future and not be at some kind of private academy do you think you would be angry if I had punched or slapped someone across the face." To which her father replies saying. "No as a matter of fact I believe I would probably feel something close to pride or happiness." Shoya looked at him and said, then asked. "You know a normal parent would probably be mad just as Kuros mother was yesterday. Why would you be happy or prideful?" Then he said. "Well as you mentioned Kuros mother I remember how you stood your ground for him even knowing you would get hurt. I have a feeling you would do that for someone else as well because they could not do it for them self." Shoya looked at her dad and said. "Yeah that is true I did know this would happen to me. I also think I would do what I said for someone else just like you said I would but who knows." Shoyas parents smiled.
