So this chapter is going to be about Shoya again, since I need to have her built as a character that is almost an opposite of her original character in the show. So the next chapter may also be focused on her as well. This is going to show a more "female" "omega" side to Shoya as it will be shown how she is viewed by herself and others as well as how that is going to further her disguise (mostly)everyone else is going to know, as her personality and mind. Hope you enjoy the story and keep reading when the later chapters come out, so lets get started.
~Mrs. FanFic

It's been four and a half months since Shoya went to the clinic and after Kuro made a huge scene about Shoya getting sick from all the pheromone pressure she had felt from his mother, nothing else really happened. It is now one day away from Shoyas first birthday and she simply decided that she would spend her birthday with her family at the park. Her parents were unhappy to say the least explaining to her that she could have done something more eccentric with more flare, when they were trying to convince her all she would do was say that she was content with it. Finally one week before it, her parents asked once more and Shoya answered saying, the reason was that she loves her parents and wants to be with them till she has to "leave" in three years to stay at the dorms her private kindergarten school had. She had also explained that it was good for her to see others her age(since she had only really spent time with other prodigies) as to help her be more of a "realistic" kid who is not a prodigy, that she could gauge how much she can talk or walk even how much sense she should be able to perceive on an average. So her and her family were walking to the store to buy things for their family picnic tomorrow. When they got there Shoya asked Kaitsūme in an exited voice "Da~da up ups!" So Kaitsūme took Shoya out of the stroller Aisūru had her in and put her on his shoulders saying happily as he walked down an isle "Are you happy up there." To which Shoya just nodded vigorously while her mother looked for something on the self. Shoya bent down to his ear with a big grin on her face and whispers in his ear "This way I can talk normal without a baby voice and everyone would just think that I am mumbling pieces of words in your ear just like any other toddler." Then Kaitsūme hum in response. This got Aisūrus attention and she asked quietly to her husband "Is Shoya going to say stuff from up there for a reason and do I need to know it right now." All Kaitsūme said(in the same quiet voice as hers) was "Yes there is a reason and no you don't have to know right now." While saying that he slowly bent down a few inches to meet Aisūrus forehead and kissed her lightly to which Shoya smiled and quietly said "Aww that is so adorable." Then her parents laughed while Aisūru said "You know a normal kid would have probably said it was yucky or gross that their parents show affection to each other while their kid can see them." Shoya simply smiled and said "Explanation later, shopping now." With that the family walked down the isle and grabbed stuff to make food for them on their picnic. About halfway through Shoya felt as if she was smacked with a sudden wave of intense upset pheromones but had looked like nothing happened so her parents had no clue, she had spent the rest of the time in the store thinking about what it could have been. She only stoped occasionally to tell her father to grab some thing they will need to have for their picnic. When they finally got home it was about five ten since it had been a weekday and Kaitsūme also had work, so they had left to the store when he got home from his half day. Since it had been so late Shoya followed her parents to the kitchen and told them in her normal voice "Mom Dad I am sleepy I'm going to take a nap upstairs. I will be back down to help with some prep to make my purée when it turns six thirty." Her parents nodded and said "Ok sleep well." With that Shoya went up stairs to her room to lay down. Just as she said she went to sleep but instead of her usual dreams about food or her family/friend she dreamed of a figure taller than herself, by about a foot and a few inches (give or take) and the figure stood in front of her tall and very much intimidating however they also felt as though she was ment to trust and accept this person. When she had decided to go towards the figure it seems as if  it turned around and then it start to run, it was running away from her. When she started running the figure stopped as if waiting for her to catch up, then when she got close it started running again and so she and the figure ran at the same distance. Shoya felt like if she let the figure get away she would never get answers so she ran faster till she passed the figure as she looked back and stopped, turning to face the person and reached her hand out very cautious of anything that could happen and when she finally touched the figure that had been incased by a mostly black (but still turquoise) waving shadow the figures "mask" faded away and what was left when it moved away was a small dark brown wolf. The said wolf was sitting looking up like she was the one who tamed the wild dog. She looked down at it and then sat down in saita right besides the animal, that she named K. As she had sat down she slowly pet the dogs head, who had stayed looking forward till that point as if it was guarding her. When she started petting the soft fur the wolf then looked at her by turning it's head only to lay down it's head in her lap becoming comfortable there. When Shoya looked down at the little pup she felt the same pheromonal presence she had in the store only not upset but rather one of complete content and happiness. Suddenly she saw the wolfs ears perk up and it's head turn as it stood up in a defensive position suddenly growing to the size of an extra large wolf, larger than any other and then picked up Shoya in it's mouth and placed her on it's back and ran in the opposite direction it had looked. Shoya was completely calm and simply dug her hand in the wolfs (who she found was a guy) fur for support and completely laid down so as to not cause any wind drag. When K felt as if they made it to a good distance he stopped and started to shrink back to his small "puppy" size (which Shoya only assumed was so he seemed less intimidating) when he got back to the size he walked the few steps to his new found "owner" and rubbed his head against her leg as if saying goodbye, so Shoya bent down and pet his head and as she did K suddenly blew away in black and turquoise smoke. When all the smoke from K lost shape, swirled around Shoya, and formed a small part of itself into a small bracelet like tattoo that moved all around the left side of her body splitting and reforming again in a reformed version of the bracelet. (on places where it could not wrap around) When it reached the place in between her shoulder blades it formed a circular design as the border and started swirling around until it broke apart again, then moved to do the same pattern to the right side of her body till it finally settled on her right wrist just where a bracelet should lay. When the bracelet settled on the position on her wrist it moved underneath her skin just like a tattoo and stung as it did. After that Shoya looked up to see the reformed version of a shadowy K and on his neck lay a caller like necklace the same design as her "tattoo" only instead of just the design he also had an S in the middle of what looked like a rose. Since he had an S she figured she had to have had a letter as well but when she looked it was only an empty rose in the middle of the bracelet. She figured that it must be because she sees an S and the wolf sees their letter. After she had thought that K completely disappeared into the wind and Shoya woke up. Shoya looked to the clock she had in her room and saw it said the time was six seventeen so she opened the water bottle on her night stand she guessed her parents put there and drank some until she remembered that she basically had a tattoo in her dream so she got up and went to her mirror so see if she had any sign of it on her and to her relief she found nothing and then she decided that she was going to look at her wrist without the mirror and she saw it the tattoo she had in her dream. She was confused and then thought maybe it was something only she could see since it dose not appear in the mirror it must be since others would then be able to see it as well. So she looked back to the clock and saw it was twenty five past so she found a hair clip and pulled her hair away from her face. (her hair was not even shoulder length it still had like two centimeters however her hair was thick and fluffy when she gets up so thats why she used a clip) She looked back to the mark on her wrist that was now basically a tattoo (as it was getting darker on her skin) and wished she could move it on her body like in her dream and all of a sudden the design moved and placed itself in the middle of her shoulder blades just like before. Since it was now in a spot she felt more comfortable she waddled down the stairs and went to the kitchen. When she walked in she saw her mother and said "Hi mom did you finish or do you need help" Aisūru said "Well I have done all the prep work for the food so that I can assemble it tomorrow and have everything not made a day ahead of time. Like you said you wanted to I have not made your purée so that is all you. When your done come to the living room." Shoya replied saying "Yes mother I will do that." So Aisūru walked out of the room while Shoya bowed to the door she left from. This is since her parents do not want her to bow to them she dose it while they are out of view. Aisūru walked to the living room and sat down while Kaitsūme looked to her and brought her closer to him to hug her and asked after a few minutes "Are you alright? What are you thinking about?" While Aisūru said "Yes I am alright I was just thinking about what Shoya said in the store. She made it seem like saying the reason behind why she thought us kissing was adorable was going to start something or someone else was going to see something." As Aisūru finished Shoya was halfway done with her purée and finished putting all of her mothers food away so she was going to sit and wait for the rest of the purée to be squeezed so she could collect the juice and finish the second step of the process. As she knew it would take some time she walked to the door that connected the hallway to the kitchen and living room. She got to the door and bowed then stood up opened the door and closed it heading to her parents and sitting on the floor in front of them. Kaitsūme looked to her and said "Hello sunshine how was your nap" Shoya froze for a second then looked up to her father with a perfect closed eye smile and stated in a happy tone "It was great I feel really energized." Aisūru looked at her and then said "That's great. Did you also finish your purée as well?" Shoya shook her head and said "No I did not the purée had to be pressed by gravity and weight so I am waiting till it has finished, it should be another eight minutes or so." Aisūru replied "Well ok since you have time now do you mind explaining what you ment in the store earlier when you said explanation later about affection in front of kids." Shoya shook her head and said "No I do not. What I ment by that is while most kids would think that their parents or other adults their parents age kissing or showing affection for each other would be gross is something I do believe happens I think it is adorable." Kaitsūme said "Yes we understand that I think what your mother is asking is why do you find it adorable for us to show affection to each other." Shoyas eyes widened in understanding and she said "Oh well I think that my brain has more of a capacity to understand things extra logically and do to this I find you kissing and showing affection for one another as adorable because it shows you love each other even after all the things you have gone through in your relationship, that your vow to love each other till death do you part still stands, that even if someone who thinks you should not be together tells you "you don't belong" when obviously you do, the affection you show expresses all of that. When you kiss or hug the other romantically just because you want to look into the others eyes or be in their presence or even when you do something because you know the other will love it shows me that you love the other not just because they are beautiful or because they can give you something but rather because you truly care about their personal well being, be it mentally or physically. So when you say other kids will say that their parents or elders showing affection for one another is gross I just can not understand what you mean." Shoyas parents stared at her with a look that said -What did we ever do to deserve you- and Aisūru said "Well I guess that makes me feel happy to know since it shows that even though you are here creating even more happiness for us your not taking it away as well." At this point Shoya stood up and sat in between her parents facing them and said while holding their hands "So if I maybe wanted to, I don't know ask you if I could go to the private kindergarten elementary school you were looking at the other week would you say yes to it. Since I know I would have to spend my time in the dorms I can understand if you don't want me to leave but I would have my own chauffeur and bodyguard (even if they are shared with our roommates) you would not have to worry about me as much. With that in mind you would also have visit days since kids would be depressed if they had to spend that much time away from their parents at that age. I don't want you to have to make a decision right now if you don't want to but I hope you think about it even if you only want me to go for kindergarten or just the first four years so that I know who goes to the elementary when I do but just tell me you will think about it." Aisūru and Kaitsūme looked at Shoya and saw that even though she was trying to hide the worry from leaving them and all the things she said on her face it was still there in her eyes so they knew this was something she really wanted and hoped they would say yes. Even if she had already hinted at it, however they also felt like they would be the ones to miss her more than the other way around and were worried to leave her alone so Kaitsūme said (after looking to his wife and seeing the same expression on her face knowing they were thinking the same thing) •They were going to give in• "Shoya give us some time ok we will think about it but we want to know more so be a little patient with us ok we don't think things as fast as you do." Shoya smiled at her parents and said "Hhm well I think you can you just have more emotions, that I have not learned yet. They also tie into the equation to make the decision but I will let you guys talk about it and make a decision. I mean lets be honest you do have a long time to decide if you will let me or not since we can wait for kindergarten till we apply at the latest. Since that is three years away and the earliest we could sign up is in a little over a year and a half the time to make a decision is in your favor, just try to make the decision you think would be best." She said the last two sentences with a normal face as her smile faded and she had no emotion simply explaining but then she smiled again and continued "Well I will get back to my purée now so have fun on your conversation or whatever you decide to do after I leave since you said earlier you might watch a movie when you settle down." She got off the couch and walked to the kitchen to finish her task leaving her parents even more confused as to when she heard about the movie then Aisūru voiced their thoughts and asked "When did she even hear that?" Kaitsūme looked to her and said "Probably in the car when we said it I mean we only figured she was asleep since she was so quiet for a while and her eyes were closed for a while too however she seemed really tired when we got back since she took her nap as soon as she got home and you said she woke up early today that means she was up almost as long as a normal person would be up." Aisūru said "Yeah I guess thats true. Jesus it always surprises me when I get a reminder of how sharp her senses are like I understand we were in a small car and talking only slightly hushed but she is one, like dang sometimes you got to wonder who the adult is." Kaitsūme laughed and said "Yeah thats true but she still has much to learn and she is at the clinic a lot and yet we still do not know all she can do so always room to grow right. Also if we want her to seem like more of a kid maybe we should put her in something kids start in early like ballet, ice skating, gymnastics, dance, or maybe singing classes, not like she would really need any of them for long but she could always make it seem like she sucks so that way she could "slowly improve." With all the time that she spends doing normal things a person who is much older would normally do she could use it instead to do something that normal kids do. Besides I feel you about not knowing who the adult is sometimes, I mean can we even be
considered parents right now how have we done anything that a parent normally dose. Don't get me wrong I like that we don't have to go through all the downsides of having a kid but I also feel like we skipped some of the happy moments normal parents and kids go through when their child grows up." Aisūru looked at him with an -I know exactly how you feel- look and then said "Yeah thats how I feel to at least a little and I guess its out fault for reading her that book and letting her listen to the audio also since we wanted to see if our theory was correct I mean it was correct, and even more so then we thought but still, not like we can go back in time to read her the kiddy books she would have started on if all the clinic stuff never happened. Besides do we really want her any other way." Aisūru and Kaitsūme looked at one another and smiled saying "Of course not!" At the exact same time then laughed. Meanwhile with Shoya in the kitchen. She was collecting the liquid so that she could use it later. Then she walked to the oven turned it on after using the stool to get to the buttons and waited for it to heat to the correct temperature while she found the baking sheets and put her pressed berries on it all spread out in little crumb like clumps. She sat for about eight or ten minutes till the oven beeped and she jumped coming out of her thoughts saying "Oh the oven is ready now cool." Then she picked up the sheet and walked to the oven opened it and placed the baking sheet onto the center tray in the oven. Set the timer for twenty minutes and left it till it was ready and went back to her stool and continued her thoughts
•You know sometimes I wonder if my parents wish I was normal. Since they don't really talk about it I'm so confused on what to do like I can understand they have had thoughts about it since occasionally I can see the flicker of it in there eyes but who knows. They do thats who and I wish I did to. If I could understand the emotions they use to think about the situations I probably could but uuuuuggggghhhhh. I can already tell that learning that is something that is not going to be easy at all. Maybe I could ask some of the other kids at the clinic for help. I do go back there a lot and I am going to go back again after my birthday since Kuro said he wants to know what we did for the day as soon as possible, all because I would not tell him what we were doing knowing he would make me do something else. However I don't think that I should ask the other kids I mean it would be hard for them to explain it to me as well coming from other prodigies but maybe by observing them the answer on how emotions work, since I know happiness, sadness, fear, and worry based on observation alone then it may work. All I have-• all of a sudden the timer for the oven went of and she turned it off and she checked if the pressed berries were completely dry and found that they were still a little damp so she left them in the oven and sat back down continuing her earlier interrupted thoughts •Yeah all I have to do is observe like always then it will be fine. I mean even if I don't get how to feel emotions right away they will still love me for who I am, right? They love me now right? They can't hate me. Can they?• Shoya shook her head and stoped thinking about it saying out loud "NO NO NO THEY DO CARE." Then she whispered almost so quiet she could have thought it "They have to care don't they?" Just as she said that she looked up teary eyed and blinked away the tears that were threatening to spill not allowing herself to cry and walked back to the oven to check again this time they were done so she took an oven mitt and took out the baking sheet turning the oven off as she did so. She let the tray cool and then she put the dried berry clumps into a blender, the kind that is only one cup worths. (the kind that are used for smoothies or shakes) She placed the bladed cap over the cup that was now filled to the max since their was gaps and space in between the clumps and started blending. As the clumps turned to powder she repeated the process placing more clumps in the cup till no more fit then emptied the cup and repeated the whole process all over again till she now had three cups of the powder ready and done she then placed the powder back on the try and used the remaining heat in the oven to dry the powder out just a little bit more. As she did that she cleaned up her space and washed her dishes that she used. Once she did that she took out the half cup of juice that had gathered while she went to talk to her parents (since it was only what was pressed by gravity not what was pressed by Shoyas press and fold and repeat method) she waited till the powder was done and then she mixed the two of them together till she found the consistency she liked. When she tasted it she found she wanted it sweeter so she added three table spoons of honey and mixed thoroughly then added a little more powder as the consistency had changed slightly. Then she placed that into two jars and placed them in the fridge next to the other jars of juice she placed the other one and a half cups of powder into the giant jar of powder that was on the top of the counter (since her mother took it off of the fridge so Shoya would have an easier time) Since Shoya was now finished she walked back to her parents in the living room and bowed at the door like she always dose then realized that maybe that is something that is also not helping the emotion process since it is done with respect not what she needed, so she decided before she got back up and went into the room that she would make an attempt to not bow down as best she could. As she walked in she saw her parents were watching rise of the guardians and it was only to the point where jack gets thrown into a sack by the yeti and then Claus tells him about the core or center of someone. So she sat down by her parents and said "I finished all my stuff and cleaned my mess. Is it ok if I watch with you guys? Also nice movie choice it looks fun." Her parents nodded happily with pride as they can see she is still a kid even a little bit and then Aisūru said "Ah yes you can join us and thanks I am quite addicted to this movie myself so at least we know you inherited some of your personality from me." Shoya giggles then dose a small yawn saying "Yay I hope he gets a happy ending he seems sad almost empty like he dose not know where he is supposed to belong or if anyone is on his side." Kaitsūme looked at her and asked "Aw why do you say that?" Shoya replied "I don't really know just the way he looks I guess like his posture or facial expression maybe." Her parents hum in agreement and curiosity then they continue to watch the movie it was late at this time like almost ten at night. So when the movie finished they were tired and almost asleep however Shoya was already asleep so they put her in her room and went to sleep in their bed. As Shoya was asleep she felt cold and almost empty just how she thought the character felt like she was missing a piece of herself then she felt warm and safe. This was when her parents put her in her bed but all she knew was the feeling and what she saw not what was going on outside so she just walked towards the warn feeling and all of a sudden after what felt like a really long time to walk she was back in the same field and this time with a whole new figure. Instead of  the foot of height difference there was only a few inches and instead of turquoise mixed with the black it was midnight blue that was mixed with the black smoke. Due to the difference Shoya was slightly confused but realized they were different people and that she no longer had her mysterious tattoo, so she thought that things would go the same, but somehow she felt the opposite and she had no clue what to do her head and heart have never disagreed on anything before and what was worse was she was feeling oppressed and scared like she could not even move. When the figure walked to her she stumbled back then did a one eighty and sprinted out of the uncomfortable environment however the figure only followed her and then the figure caught her but instead of going away when it touched her the figure held her in a hug. Shoya felt uncomfortable but not like she needed to run away so she turned around in the grip and as she did the wolf from earlier showed up in his large form and stood behind her as he growled at the small figure that was "hugging" Shoya, it let go and then disappeared. As Shoya was dreaming this she felt scared and nervous so she had walked to her parents bedroom and laid with them as they subconsciously wrapped their arms around her and this was when K showed up in her dream. So as Shoya felt comfortable again the wolf went back to it's small form but instead of walking to her like before K only looked at her as he sat waiting or so it seemed until Shoya felt his pheromone presence become bitter and sad instead of protective and she felt all of it as if they were her emotions so she ran to him and hugged him and as she did the feeling went away and she felt the same complete content and happiness she had come to like and enjoy then all of a sudden she gave off the same feeling as the wolf and she had no clue what it was so she let go and K let out a small disgruntled growl. When she heard the growl she sighed and looked at him smiling and said "I wish I knew who you were. There is a comfortable feeling I have when I am around you and it seems to be connected to feelings you have. Do you want to lay in my lap like before? I don't know why I just asked not like you could understand me anyway." As she said that K sat and laid his head in her lap at first she was shocked but then she smiled and said "I hope you don't mind me just thinking out loud to you about things that are on my mind since I am kind of on a emotional learning journey." And just as she said K nuzzled in her lap and listens to her talk about what is on her mind. She was talking for a while and had gotten everything out of her mind and although it helped she still had no answers and was very much still confused she felt better having said all she was thinking out loud and more importantly to someone who could actually listen to her. She told K after she was done ranting "You know K something inside of me feels protected and at peace by you I wish you could tell me why but since you can't I guess it will be a conversation we will have to continue when we find each other in an awake state that or I will have to ask my parents and that would be a-a-w-awkward. Yes awkward is the feeling it would be. Anyway I guess we have to go now at least I think so it feels as if my body is being shaken so goodbye." After she said that K stood up and so did she so they were almost equal height and then K rubbed his snout on her leg and blew away just as before. Right after Shoya saw K blow away she woke up. When she opened her eyes she saw her parents and said in a sleepy voice "Hey what time is it? Did I wake up late? Is that why your in here. Sorry if I ruined birthday plans we had for today. Also good morning I love you!" They looked at her and Aisūru said "No baby your in our room. Also it is only eight in the morning so don't worry. Like always-" then they both said in unison "Good morning sunshine we love you to infinity and back." Shoya looked at her parents and said stuttering "e-eight in the m-morning I have been a-asle-ep for almost nine hours. How did I get here did you guys move me what happened did I, did I sleep walk all the way here I don't understand I have so many questions and very few answers." Her parents looked horrified and her father walked a few steps away once he got off the bed (due to her sent that was so powerful) and her mother gave her a hug and told Shoya "Calm down sweetie it is ok stop panicking your fine we love you everything is okay." Shoya then said "I know you love me but how do I fix this I don't want to be like this I mean dad can't even be next to me right now is there something wrong with me how do I fix myself mom please tell me." Then her mother hugged her tighter and said while she released calming pheromones and Kaitsūme walked back and joined the group hug "No baby you don't need fixing your perfect and we would not want you any other way just calm down ok. Listen sunshine match your heart to mine and your fathers, slow but fast yet always steady. Breathe in and out slowly don't hold your breath. We both love you ok and your father was just shocked he had no clue what your sent smelled like and was caught off guard but he is here now and everything is perfectly fine so don't worry." Shoya did as she was told and calmed down and although her sent was diluted she was still anxious and her sent was something that gave it away so her parents did not let go of her till they noticed she was completely relaxed and had no more sent so they looked down and saw she was back asleep. They decided to wake her again in an hour if she did not wake up before that thinking that using her pheromones like that for the first time must have drained her and that she was probably mentally tired from having all the thoughts of them not thinking she was good enough or that she needed fixing so they just let her sleep. Since she was asleep her parents went to the kitchen and talk as well as to prepare breakfast. Once they got there and decided what they were going to make, five minutes had passed and they started to talk about what happened. Aisūru said "I wonder if she thinks that way about herself all the time that she needs fixing or something. She was worried you could not be near her and it made her believe she needed to fix herself but in a situation like that she is usually really logical and emotion dose not play a part in most of her decisions. Is she worried that we don't want her because she is to logically or something I mean we love her because she is amazing and our beautiful little girl not because she is some kind of "Perfect Machine" so why just why?" At this point Aisūru was crying and it was all because she was worried about her little girl. Her little sunshine. As she continued to cry Kaitsūme walked to her and gave her a hug saying "Everything is ok we can ask her about it when she gets up she might have been tense about a nightmare since she walked to our room in her sleep something must have scared her bad." Just as he finished talking they both felt small little arms around their legs and looked down seeing Shoya still asleep saying "Don't be sad mom it is ok, we love you." Shoyas parents picked her up and then woke her. As she was waking she opened her eyes and asked "Is everything ok you guys look worried what's wrong?" Kaitsūme then replied "Shoya do you know how you got down stairs?Do you know what your mom was doing a second ago?" Shoya responded saying "I think so. I remember I was in the field then I was walking to mom who was sad for a reason I could not figure out and so I walked up the final steps to her and said. 'Don't be sad mom it is ok, we love you.' And then you guys were here. As for how I got down here my guess is that when I slept I moved around till I got up and in a walking position to get down here but I am not positive." Aisūru said in response "No sunshine it is ok I was just thinking and got a little worried about what you said. Everything is ok now so don't think about it much. Even if it comes back to my mind I will just talk with you guys about it since thats how family is supposed to work." Shoya looked at her worry and skepticism on her face but nodded anyway and said "Mom I believe you I hope that it stays with you happy but like you said if things get in your head like before you will just talk it out with us right? So there it nothing to worry for." At the end of her sentence Shoya had a guilty expression on her face and both her parents saw as Kaitsūme asked "Baby whats wrong what are you thinking about you look 'guilty' about something like your not saying some thing." Shoya looked at her father and said "I'm sorry I have not told you about it but I was scared that it would come out as the answer I was thinking it would be, so just take it easy on me if it is what I think." Her parents looked at her worry clear on their faces at the obviously terrified tone in her voice and nodded their head towards her. Shoya saw this and said "You guys love me right? Like even if I'm like this and can't really be normal, because I can't feel a situation with my heart and when I do it is only slightly. How can you even think of loving someone who needs so much fixing? What do you even think about when you see me because all I can see is someone not worthy of being your daughter. Like how is it even possible I'm a speck on the ground and you guys are the gods taking pity on me to allow me to stay here instead of just sweeping me out." Aisūru and Kaitsūme looked at Shoya horrified at the immense amount of pain, worry, sadness, and the small amount of acceptance in her eyes. While they were starting at her she saw the horrified look and them not speaking and figured she was right so she let out a small whimper, tears in the corner of her eyes and a very depressing sent coming off of her. While this was happening to Shoya her parents only saw her put her head down with a look of wanting to cry and then the smell of her sent hit their noses and they started to cry. As they started to cry they both fell to the floor with Shoya in their arms she looked up to them since she felt the fall to the ground and she saw them crying and was then confused. They both then looked to her and saw she was slightly confused so they both said in unison "Shoya we love you with everything we are and could not have asked for more of an amazing daughter than you." Aisūru continued saying "We never thought you might think of yourself like this and that realization made us feel like horrible parents that we did not notice how you were feeling." Then Kaitsūme pointed out "If we thought that you were going to come out any differently then you are now we would have been in an unknown state feeling as if some thing was missing since we love you just the way you are right now. You said we were the gods taking pity on you but to us your the little goddess of sunlight bringing happiness and love to everyone around you, just by exiting you make us and others feel as if they are the most special and loved person in the world. Your mother and I may be talented people and you might not have noticed since we have mostly been here to take care of you and you have not seen us as the Mrs. and Mr. Hinata but you, you are a whole other level of talented and we are barely scratching the surface of how talented you actually are. This is how me and your mother feel and we will always feel like this no matter what happens." Shoya was surprised to say the least she was so worried about not being good enough for them since she saw them as perfect and her as well not good enough, so as the realization hit her that her parents were going to love her she burst out in a full on tsunami of tears and said in between them "I.. am.. so.. happy.. you still.. love me a-a-and.. that you.... think... so m-m- much abo-about.. me I love you both so much a-and I-I-I j-just wanted to know you could accept all of my flaws." At the end of her sentence she was barely crying and mostly just sniffing so her words were more together. Her parents were looking at her shocked for seeing her cry and for what she said so they looked to each other and Aisūru said to Shoya "Baby we love you very much and all we want is for you to see that your perfect just the way we see you the little sunlight goddess that you are, perfect and always having others revolve around you just like the actual sun. We hope one day you see all the talent we do in you." Shoya at this point was crying steadily and said after her tears were wiped away by her parents "Thank you for saying that it really helped me better understand that I'm not just some trash on the floor and that you guys love me just the way I am." Shoyas parents looked at her and stood up while helping Shoya stand up then Shoya said "Well lets start breakfast. I mean it is nine now." They all agreed and started the rest of breakfast and got their plates and bowls clean. It was almost nine forty and so Aisūru said "Shoya go and play in the living room with your dad ok have some fun its your birthday today try to just relax I guess." Shoya looked at her and raised her hand like she was going to point out a flaw in her theory, opened her mouth to say something but then closed it nodded her head and said "I will try." Turned to her dad and said "Come on lets go Otō-san." With that said Aisūru started her preparations as Shoya and Kaitsūme walked to the living room. When Shoya got out of the kitchen and she closed the door behind her she took a few steps back and bowed to the door as she stood up she looked to the door and said "Dang, I did it again. I guess old habits die hard just as people say. *sigh* I have a long way to go." Then she put her right hand on the door and thought •I will get there soon mom, dad even if I have t-• but her thoughts were cut off by Kaitsūme saying "Shoya do you always do that bow at the door when you walk out of the room we are in I mean I only ask since you said 'old habits die hard' so I mean I'm just curious." As Shoyas father started talking shoya flinched as she remembered he was there and turned to him slowly and said as he finished "Uuhh well yes I do bow to the door but lets get to the living room and I will explain more." So they walked to the living room as shoya hummed a song and Kaitsūme listened thinking about if she got her mothers voice since she sounded on key when humming, when they got to the living room Kaitsūme entered and saw the living room then noticed Shoya entered about three seconds after he did so he asked "Did you just bow to the door before you walked in here." Shoya flinched sighed and said "Yeah I almost did I saw you walk in and let the door close then started to bow but about half way down I caught my self and stoped so I walked in." Kaitsūme looked at her and sighed then smiled while saying "'Old habits die hard' right? That's what you said, so I guess I can't really say any thing your trying. However I still have questions about it and you said we could talk in here so I will start asking and you can answer ok." Shoya smiled and nodded saying "I don't like hiding things from you or mom and to be honest I had believed I was doing a terrible job of it but I guess not. I mean I was always tence and worried about something I figured it could be seen but oh well. So what do you want to hear." Kaitsūme asked "We told you that we had not wanted you to bow to us and or other close adult friends we had and so you bowed to the door instead I guess my first question is. Why? Why did you decide to just bow when we or you leave? Then my second question is when did it start?" Shoya looked at her father and then she said "Well I guess it had started when you told me I should not bow to you, after I had gotten over my 'fever'. Since you and mother had been worried that I would go into another 'fever' if I stood up to someone with a higher rank than me, I could not understand why you would want me to not bow if it resolves that problem so I just did so from behind the door or from a far, when in a hallway or parking space. After I had been doing it for about a week or so it had become more of a way to show respect to you both since I had felt as if, like I said earlier that 'I'm a speck on the ground and you are the gods taking pity on me' so I had continued the act. When you left I would do so but yesterday I had a thought that maybe because I am so respectful and 'grown' that it was actually holding me back from being able to access more of my emotions then a normal kid. So I decided that I would not do so any more and would focus on trying my best to get the emotions I would have had already if this had not been what I was like. However saying all of this is also something out of logic and not emotion so it may seem odd to say." Then Kaitsūme asked her and told her "Well sweat heart if you are trying something like this then maybe you could do something that me and your mom were talking about you trying. What do you think would you be willing to try? It may help since it would mean you would spend more time with others your age."  Shoya then said after thinking for about a minute "What kind of something are you going to make me be subject to some kind of experiment or testing?" Then he said in return "Well yes it is an experiment of sorts but just in the sense of testing if it could help you, if you say yes then you would start in a year or so since it would be the normal age. Also we were thinking that maybe you join a sport that takes time to learn or a skill you want to learn such as ballet, ice skating, gymnastics, dance, or singing classes. All of those things take time to learn and you could always learn more if you get all of the stuff they first teach you, also you may have to not try to hard that way it looks like you are not a prodigy. Do you think you would like to try one of those or maybe some other kind." Shoya then said to him "Maybe it dose sound fine I mean it would also mean I would be around other kids." They both sat there for a few minutes before Shoya said "Yes I think I would like to try one of those or maybe two but I will think about which ones then tell you later. Also do you have any other questions on the whole bowing to the door thing that way I could answer those too." Her father looked to her and said "No Shoya I think I'm good on questions you don't have to answer any more just do whatever you want till your mom is done ok." Shoya nodded her head an pulled out a small emotion picture book that has animals as a guide to show the emotions and then color pencils and a blank paper notebook. As she opened the books to the first page and the next blank page respectively she drew the first page but realistically instead of in a cartoon style leaving space at the bottom of the page to write in the words and notes of that emotion when she finished the drawing and the words that were in the book for that emotion and in a calligraphy pen (that was also in the coloring pencil case) she carefully wrote in an extremely impressive cursive hand writing wrote down the first emotion and then let the space air dry for about thirty seconds and flipped to the next page in both books and continued the same process with all the other emotions and then it was almost eleven and she had finished four emotions as her mother walked in and sat down next to her husband saying "What is she doing right now? Drawing or coloring?" Kaitsūme then said "I think it is both of them." The both then turned their heads to their daughter and stared as she finished letting the emotion name dry and closed both of her books looking to them and then said "Hello mother I am glad to see you have finished your task and came to sit with us." Then Aisūru said "Ah yes I have finished and it is all ready to go and be eaten at the park when we are ready to leave or when we are all done getting ready." They then got ready and left to have there fun birthday picnic.
