i hated this project first of all. i can't print out reference pictures because we don't have a printer so measuring things from only the edges of the picture is not easy.

anyway people that like musicals might recognize this mans. he was supposed to be evan hansen from january to may but kinda got cut off early and he played john laurens/philip hamilton after anthony ramos left... jordan fisher! his instagram has so many great pictures for drawing soooo i used one of those.

contour line (good luck seeing it) took me like a week and a half to do because i kept having mental breakdowns over it lmao

hair was definitely the easiest part because how could you mess up hair. also yes the eyes are FUCKED and i never fixed it

the table took me a loooong time. just the shadow of the leg took me five hours. the rest around an hour and a half. around here i started watching yourpalross's BOTW streams to keep me from losing my mind because i was set for an all nighter

doing the shirt was actually kinda fun ngl

and i never took more pictures throughout my progress so here's the finished thing. i used up a WHOLE BLUE PEN. also yes this is all pens. just normal ballpoint black blue and red pens. and i completely used up my blue pen and almost all of my black one. very little red tho. i never erased the sketch of the background so you can still see it but i was too lazy to do it lol. let's ignore how disproportionately tiny the head is
