It is a beautiful day at Ekitai Province, with an equal view of the blue sky and white clouds, and the Sun shines bright on the land of its people. Ekitai Province is an area near Kanshu City, one of the Six Main Cities of the Nation, and the people of this province have claimed their own rights of independence to live in peace and prosperity their way. Residing in this province are tribes of these so-called Elemental Artists, magic users who can manipulate certain, or sometimes multiple "elements" that construct the world as they know it. Each tribe shares the province equally and peacefully, and with all of them being satisfied and happy with one another, this province is a rare phenomenon of a "perfect community". The province is split into multiple villages, with each village housing a tribe.
We go on to the Water Tribe, where we meet the Takumi Family. "Is it ready yet, honey?" a man asks as we enter their household.
"In a few moments, darling!" a female voice responds as we get a quick glimpse of their home kitchen.
The kitchen seemed quite small, yet a perfect fit for the owners of this house. There are pots on the stove and we see a nice family table with some bowls and plates already loaded with delicious food like soups, meats, rice, noodles, and much more.
"Okay, it's all ready!" the female exclaims with excitement as she sets the last pot onto the table.
"Ah! This looks amazing as always, honey!" the man says in amazement, "Thank you so much. I always knew you were the one I would love forever, Shizuku."
The man hugs Shizuku from the back and kisses her on the cheek and she responds, "I can't thank you enough either, darling!"
She puts her hands around his neck and looks at him straight in the eyes as he looks back at her the same way. "I love you, Kaito." Shizuku says as they proceed to kiss each other for a good 3 seconds before being interrupted by a certain someone.
"Mom! Dad! I heard the food is ready!" a young girl says as she makes her way to the kitchen. "Ah..." Kaito says as he notices their daughter entering their short, loving moment, "You made it just in time, Mizu."
This young girl, their daughter: Mizu Takumi, is a young 9 year old girl with black hair and hazel eyes. Her skin color is slightly tan but very reminiscent to the Asian race. She is super cheerful, very honest, and really productive, however she is also very competitive and forgetful at the most random times. But overall, she is a very lovable person.
The family of three enjoy their afternoon meal together, like they always do. There was almost never a time when this family was never happy, and the same goes with the rest of their tribe. "Hey, Dad... How do you do that water thingy with your hand?" Mizu asks Kaito.
"Oh, you mean this?" Kaito confirms from Mizu as he brings out his hand.
From thin air, Mizu starts to notice something taking form on her father's hand. Small streams of water appear before her eyes and swirl around above Kaito's hand, forming a ball. Kaito then turns his hand towards Mizu's cup and points his finger at it, launching the ball of water perfectly into her glass cup and refilling her water.
"Wow! That's amazing Dad! When do you think I can learn something like that?" Mizu asks as she begins to get excited.
For a split second, Kaito and Shizuku glance at each other with the corner of their eye; they've decided that now is the time for Mizu to carry on the path of the Water Tribe.
