hey guys,
this is just a quick message talking about something I feel very strongly about. i am watching a show and one of the girls is asked to be on the cover of fitness magazine.
she isn't eatting and she is exercising exceedingly much. she is also saying that she is ugly, fat and that she isn't worth it.
she is insecure about her self when she has no reason to. she is extremely skinny, but not an unhealthy skinny. she is beautiful, like a model and she is telling herself that she isn't pretty enough or skinny enough.
for what? in this day in age you have to be a certain weight or height to be, quote on quote "beautiful". you have to have a certain color hair or skin to be "beautiful".
i think that people who are insecure are beautiful. everyone is beautiful. i don't even know if they believe that but if any of my readers are insecure. don't be. your beautiful and you need to know that.
