15x19 part 1

,,Dean?!" The appointed heard an urgent voice approaching rapidly. ,,Cas?" He reacted hopefully, trembling.
,,Hey, you ok? What happend?" It was only to his disappointment, that Dean realized, his younger brother. Sam was kneeling beside him, so he stood up quickly, unwilling to show his weakness to Sam.

,,What happened Dean? And where the hell is Cas?"Sam insisted.
,,He's gone Sammy..." Dean tried to sound emotionless, but his trembling voice proved otherwise.
,,That fucking bitch took him!" He raised his voice, turned, and slammed his fist against the wall. A terrible anger began to seize him. How could I have lost him so easily?
,,Billy?" Sam asked blankly.
,,No, Empty.." Dean was jolted out of his turbulent thoughts by Jack, who had been standing in Sam's shadow all along.

,,Castiel made a deal with empty Sam."
Jack said briefly to the taller Winchester, who understood at that moment absolutely nothing.

,,Wh-what?" Sam looked questioningly at Dean, who was rubbing his bloody fist thoughtfully.
Jack sighed and explained in detail how Cas had made a deal with Empty to protect him.

,,I didn't tell you because Castiel forbade me to talk about it. He said that it won't happen anyways."

He added quickly, keeping an eye on Dean to see if he won't go for his throat. But he just stood with his head down, one hand lightly touching the red spot on his shoulder - the handprint.

For a moment the room was deathly silent, when Dean took a deep breath and straightened up.
,,I'll fucking bring him back." He declared and went to his room. He left Sam and Jack behind, who were exchanging meaningful glances. Dean was hiding something from them.
