Izuku waked up in the bed, there was Katsumi and Mitsuki crying. 

Izuku: why are you crying (weakly)

Mitsuki/Katsumi: Izuku!!!

Izuku: hey 

Katsumi: you have a quirk 

Izuku: what do you mean 

Then he saw his arm and part of his face,

Izuku: Wow this is weird

Katsumi the doc said that he would come in here 

Doctor: hello is this Izuku Bakugo

Izuku: yes 

Doctor: you have a weird quirk, in reality, it isn't a quirk it's a device that has combine with you in a molecular level what can it do well we really don't know but we believe that it can transform your DNA effectively making you an alien. However, you are alright you can go.

Izuku: Thanks I will leave the went to their house and he decided to tell mitsuki and katsumi that he was going to go to the beach to explore his power and they accepted 

When izuku was alone a hologram appeared in the hourglass symbol in his arm it was a kind of grey frog-like creature 

Azmuth: hello new user of the Ultratrix you might be asking what is this well it's a device that lets you transform your DNA into an aliens DNA currently inside the Ultratrix there is about 1,001,000 species or transformation, however, the ultratrix can scan aliens to add then to its database, if by any chance you ever molecularly bond to the Ultratrix you will have the knowledge of each alien its transformations and both of the major upgrades which are Fusion and the Ultimate form due to what the ultratrix has seen it belives that you should be given master control as so it will be. and because of the fact that you have bonded with the Ultratrix, you will have enhanced senses, strength, and you will be able to use the Ultratrix with your mind.

Izuku was shocked he didn't even need to do anything to understand its power and drawbacks in his way back home all Girl appeared and asked him to be his successor.  Izuku accepted and because of his physique he didn't have to train and he got the hair that same day. After that Izuku was thinking about how he could use the master and one for all to charge the Ultratrix and just infinite possibilities. 

When he came back home he explained all of his powers to Katsumi she was shocked but she told Izuku.

Katsumi: Izuku you are going to have to train hard to master all of the transformations in 1 week due time for the UA entrance exam izuku nodded and said

Izuku: due to my molecular combination with the ultratrix I have been able to know all the transformations, and powers Katsumi was shocked.

Izuku trained for one week and was able to use 40 percent of OFA

It was the morning and Katsumi waked up and waked up Izuku they ate breakfast and they went to UA because of time Izuku turned into fast track and grabbed Katsumi in her arms like if they were married Katsumi blushed and hugged Izuku strongly. I a couple of seconds they made it to UA entrance and from there everything went as cannon except for when the practical exam started when it started Izuku turned into XLR8 and then ran at max speed.

Izuku currently has about 60 points while using XLR8 then he jumps and turns into lodestar and starts using his magnetic powers to crush bots easily he already had 500 points when there was a gigantic earthquake and the 0 pointers appeared, the zero pointer was about to smash a half red half white hair girl but he transformed into Atomix he then jumped and charged his arm with one for all and the power of 6 nukes when he touched him the 0 pointers exploded. After that, he carried the half and half girl in a bridal form to RG.
