Your arrival.

You arrive at the gates of a large strange place after walking for weeks, alone. Someone yells at you as you quickly look up to see a man and a woman aiming there gun at you.
  
  "Drop you weapons!" The women says.

You quickly drop it and kick it forward.

Y/n says "I'm not an en-" your interupted by the other person, the man.

"Where did u come from?" The man shouts.

"Ive been walking..alone. I saw the big walls and decided to see what was up here." you say.

They turn around and yell to someone else. "Rick! Some young girl is at the gate. Should we let her in?" The women says. You hear shouting and the gate begins to open. A few people walk out and take what you have letting you in.

After a bit of talking with the new people you met. They decide you can stay as long as you help out and are trusted.

Outside the gates you say to the women "if i may ask. Whats your name?"

The women smiles and says "Maggie. How about yours?"

"My name's y/n. I just wana say how thankful I am that you guys let me in. Ive been alone almost this whole time.

" Maggie looks down as if she feels bad. Well would you like something to eat? Im sure your hungry, and after i can give you a tour of the place and where you will be stayin."

Y/n says "yes thank you so much!"

Once Magy gives you some food she begins to lead you around the place. "This is where we keep the medicine for the people in need-" maggie is cut off by a yell in the distance.

We turn around to see a boy and a man you saw earlier. I think his name was...rick you tell yourself. Then your eyes are drawn to the boy. He has long brown hair and blue eyes.

Before you know it you whisper "wow...." You quickly pause and pretend as though u didnt just admire him out loud. The boy looks over and smirks and give you a small wave. Your heart drops as though you fell in love right then in there.

Rick says, "have you found her a place to stay yet. And whats the girls name i havent got it yet?"

Maggie relpys "No we haven't most of the houses are in repair or taken i dont know what were gonna do for her. And her names y/k."

Rick looks over at you and says "well nice to meet you y/k I'm Rick grimes. We saw each other at the gate for a short moment but I needed to do some things. You settling in ok?"

"Yes thank you all so much." You look over at the boy and say. "Im y/k its really nice to meet you. All of you."

The boy looks at you and says "Were glad to have you. My names carl, Carl grimes." Carl looks at rick and asks "so where is she going to stay?"

"Well I suppose she can stay with us." Rick says

You quickly look up in shock. You feel a bit excited as if youll get more time to see carl.

"Yes that be great thank you so much!" You say.
