An Angel's Other Side (BxB)

chapter 9

Silver's POV:

I took Soran around the kingdom making sure to allow him to go around and have some fun while we were out. The last place I showed him was where I lived. He insisted on seeing where I lived so I took him to my "house". When we landed all I could hear was yelling and screaming. I hated the sound and was about to turn and leave before the door swung open showing my father in the doorway. I didn't have the best family life but the one who treated me right was my father. He always treated everyone fairly, including me, who was different than everyone else. My mother on the other hand treated me horribly because I didn't turn out how she wanted me to. 

My father smiled and came outside and hugged me as he smiled happily. I, of course, hugged him back smiling happily. We were just sitting there holding each other before I heard a growl from my mother. Me and my father released each other and turned to look at the woman in the doorway.

"What's the mistake doing here?" She asked with a disgusted look. "He's allowed to be here Andrea." Father snarled. They then started fighting and my mother got into my father's face. She then looked at me with pure rage. I closed my eyes tightly as I knew I was about to get hit. 

Soran's POV:

I saw Silver close his eyes tightly as his mother raised her hand. Before her hand could swing down to his face i grabbed him and flew us both backwards a few feet. I didn't trust her to be near us so I kept my wings wrapped around us for a second before I unfurled my wings. When I looked up I saw both of Silver's parents looking at me with shock. I knew that I had to keep my anger under control or I'd go on a rampage. Silver looked up at me with shock before he relaxed and leaned against me. I was grateful that he was alright. i leaned down and stuck my face into his hair inhaling his scent as i watched the two parents closely. I knew that i could trust his father but his mother was a whole other story. I didn't trust anyone who would put my boyfriend in danger or cause him any harm. 

Silver's mother glared at me and I glared back at her. I could feel her rage increasing so I turned Silver away from his mother and opened my wings in a threatening manner. "You're not gonna lay a hand on him." I said with a small growl. "And who are you to tell me what i can and can't do with my son, Half-breed?" She snarled. "That's none of your concern." 

I looked at Silver's father and lowered my black wing to show that he was alright. He sighed slightly and smiled at me gratefully. He came over and placed a hand on my head which caused me to tense up and my feathers to get a little ruffled. I didn't know what this gesture was and I couldn't fully tell if it was a good thing or a bad thing. 

"Thank you for protecting my son... uhm.... sorry I never got you name kid." He said as he chuckled awkwardly while scratching the back of his head. "Oh... My name is Soran, Sir." The demon just laughed and ruffled my hair causing me to tense up again. "Just call me Lucifer, Soran,"

Lucifer still had his hand on my head so I looked at him curiously. "Uhm.... What are you doing to my head...?" Lucifer and Silver looked at me shocked. I honestly didn't know what he was doing. "I'm just patting your head..." He looked at me with a bit of concern. "Is it good or bad....?" I asked as I stared at his arm. Silver hugged me and smiled a bit. "It's good. It shows that he's happy." I nodded and smiled back at Lucifer. 

(warning!!: terrible fight scene ahead!!!)

At the last second I had grabbed Silver and pushed him away from me and jumped backwards to dodge a dagger. I looked at Silver's mother 'Andrea' and growled. I knew that I wouldn't be able to control my anger this time so I allowed it to consume me. I felt my eyes turn blood red and my wings turn black along with my tail. Andrea looked at me shocked before she grabbed another dagger and ran towards me. I used my wings to give me a speed boost. When I appeared in front of her I grabbed her and threw her in the opposite direction of Silver and Lucifer. I didn't know how much strength I had used since when she got thrown she had ended up making a crater in a large brick wall. 

It didn't take long before she had recovered and had charged at me again. She swung the blade and I dodged it and kicked her feet from underneath of her. During this time she decided to use her lower level and stab me in the leg. I yelled out in pain and backed up, pulling the dagger from my leg. I glared at her with murdering intent as I held the dagger. I raised my arm and swung the dagger down towards her. At the last second she had rolled out of the way causing me to stab the ground. I growled in anger as my tail started to change from the little tuft of fur to a demon tail. The more I changed into a demon the more demonic I become which is gonna cause me to become harder to go back to normal.

I used my wings and flew to her at an inhuman speed and tried to stab her. She dodged at the last second but she wasn't fast enough as I was able to make a gash in her side. She screamed out in pain before I kicked her back and pinned her to the ground. She used the strength she had left and tried to get out from under me. I placed the dagger blade against the back of her neck  as I growled in rage. My wings were open behind me as if I were an animal guarding it's prey. I looked over and saw Silver looking at me with slight fear yet grateful eyes. I looked at the woman underneath of me and glared harshly at her. "If you lay a hand on Silver or Lucifer. I will not hesitate to rip your wings off and slit your throat. Do you understand me?"

Andrea nodded swiftly and I got off of her. After I got off of her I watched as she flew off, probably to a doctor. I looked at Silver and Lucifer and smiled softly before I noticed my vision starting to fade. I could feel myself struggling to stand on my own. When I looked at Silver I saw that he was already rushing towards me with Lucifer by his side. The last thing I hear before I lose consciousness is Silver calling my name. Then everything goes black. 

Hey pups!!! I finally got an idea for the next chapter!! I hope that the chapter is a good one. I thing this is the longest chapter I've written so far! Let me know how this chapter is and I'll try to update more often like I used to! ill see you guys in the next chapter bye!!
