"we're on a break ray." i look up at him. oh those perfect blue eyes. "what do you mean?" i reply.
"it means that we're not together but i still love her. she's a great person and she's always gonna be there for me but now isn't the right time."
he loves her. he doesn't love me back. heather is perfect but is she enough for daniel? does she really deserve daniel? after she slut shamed someone, after she decided to put me in so much pain.
"oh well that's good. you guys are gonna get back together. don't worry we all believe in you guys." that was a lie. all of it was a lie.
everyone was here. jack, jonah, zach, and corbyn were all upstairs. at least i think they are. i came over because zach wanted to hang out. what a coincidence daniel said he had something to say. i would do anything for this boy even though i know he does not like me back.
"is that all dani? if so i'm leaving with zach." i huff and get up walking towards the stairs. "um yeah. i'll see you later?" daniel says and walks towards me, he gives me a big hug. "you know you're my best friend right?" best friends. "i'm so grateful to have you." i smile at him and walk upstairs. to my surprise i see all of the boy looking at me.
"we all decided to hangout with you today not just zach." corbyn says. "okay that's fine. where do you guys wanna go?" i smile as we all walk downstairs. "we could go get something to eat?" jack says as he puts on his shoes. we all agree and we head out. we decided to get an uber. it's comfortable silence. the music in the car is playing to loudly. everyone is just on their phones. i'm between zach and corbyn. me and zach look at each other for no reason. we burst out of laughter out of nowhere. the boys look at us like we're mental which we are laugh out loud...
zach and i do this all the time whenever we're in the car. me and zach have such a special bond. i was his neighbor back in dallas. we both moved to san diego when we were little. him being a year younger than me has a lot of perks. telling him what to do and i don't know that's really it.
"you guys are weird." jack says as he laughs it off. we both chuckle and we finally get to the restaurant. it's a korean bqq place. oh goodness it is so good for no reason. we walk inside and get a table. it's really nice and i start small talk with corbyn.
"how'd you do it corbyn?" i ask looking up. "what do you mean?" he asks.
"how'd you stay with chris?" corbyn and christina have been together for almost four years. corbyn moved to san diego the first year of their relationship. they're going really strong. sure they have their ups and downs but they are such a cute couple.
"honestly it was just communication. whenever something was wrong we told each other. also it's just time. the time difference in new york and california takes away a lot of communication and especially with out band it is harder but i try to make time for her." corbyn smiles just talking about her. how cute. "i believe in you and daniel. you guys are meant for each other."
