"George, if you hit me with that sword one more time, I swear to God, I'll kill you."
George laughed loudly into his microphone as he went after Dream with his diamond sword. Today's stream was simply him, Dream, and Sapnap messing around in Minecraft... doing a little PvP, building things... you know, all of the good stuff. Sapnap was dying of laughter as well. George could hear him slamming his fist against his desk in happiness.
George had his eyes closed because he was laughing so hard. He hit George with his sword again, and Dream's character exploded into a bunch of OP armour and weapons. Sapnap roared with laughter. It sounded like a monster because of the poor audio quality.
"All right, you two, calm down," said Dream. George could almost hear Dream rolling his eyes at the two of them. "No need to go nuts."
Sapnap was still dying of laughter. George snorted. "Why are you still laughing?" he asked, wiping tears out of his eyes. "It wasn't even that funny."
"I-It really wasn't!" Sapnap laughed. "I don't know, man... he just- went and- DIED- BAHAHA!"
"Oh, SHUSH," Dream said loudly. It sounded forceful and angry, but George knew that it really wasn't. It was just Dream being Dream.
George leaned back in his seat and sighed loudly. His face was red from laughing so much, and his stomach hurt. He smiled big, staring at his computer. Dream had respawned by this moment and was building a giant who-knows-what with Sapnap. George listened to their voices. He muted his mic and focused on what they were saying.
Except...
He could barely understand what Sapnap was saying... the only one he could hear clearly was Dream. His words sounded like music to George's ears. George bounced his leg while sitting in his chair. A blush grew across his face. He laid back in his chair sighed loudly.
What the hell was wrong with him? Dream was one of his best friends. Why was he thinking about him in such ways?
George unmuted, ignoring the thoughts breezing through his brain. "Sorry, guys. My, er... my cat was being annoying."
"No problem," said Dream. Butterflies arose in George's stomach at hearing Dream's voice. Seriously? What was going on?
When George was silent for a couple more minutes, Dream asked, "Dude, are you all right? You've been quiet."
George didn't answer. He kept thinking about Dream and his voice... and the faceless pictures of himself he'd posted on Instagram and Twitter...
And suddenly, George was sitting in the middle of a Minecraft-like forest... except nothing was blocky. It looked like normal life but in Minecraft. If that made any sense.
Dream walked up to him. He was wearing his mask and his classic green hoodie. Dream kneeled in front of George.
"Hey," he whispered.
George could feel himself go red.
The camera in which IRL George was watching this fantasy panned out from George's point of view to the third person. Now, George was seeing his real-life image and what he imagined Dream to look like in real life. They were close to each other... extremely close.
George was blushing.
Dream was smirking.
The masked man leaned in and kissed George. Their lips touched. George could feel it, although A, this was only a fantasy and B, he wasn't even watching it from his own point of view. George closed his eyes, focusing on the fake but extremely pleasurable feeling of Dream's lips on his. He felt Dream's hands on his waist- he was getting breathless-
"George? GEORGE!"
George snapped out of it. He blinked a couple of times.
"I told you... he's on drugs or something," said Sapnap. He laughed.
Dream didn't.
"George, are you all right?" asked Dream. There was worry in his tone of voice.
George hesitated. What the hell was he supposed to say, that he was imagining Dream hotly kissing him?
"I-I'm fine," George stammered. "I'm going to leave the stream, okay? Just for a little bit. I'll be back if you guys are still streaming later on, okay?"
"Got it," Sapnap said.
George waited for Dream's response.
"... okay. Go ahead, George. We'll leave the stream running just in case."
And with Dream speaking again, George was gently whisked back into that beautiful fantasy, Dream's lips still on his.
