Pov: Tommo Brendon Foxx

I left the room to call my parents as fast as I could. When walking into the hallway trying not to make much noise being reminded of the doctor's voice in my head, "Be very quiet," I noticed Irene and Adam following behind trying to be sneaky. The phone rang no more than twice and the endless 'Are you ready for this?' Conversation begins. First I explained what had happened and I asked my mom if I could take her home. "Is it really that important?" She said rudely. "Yes mom this is important!" I said aggravated. "If it is that important why aren't her parents taking care of her?" She asked half heartedly. "Because Mom they always forget their daughter and neglect her as much as she neglects food. I mean," I stuttered, "What else am I to do!?" "Just go quietly pull the plug," she laughed playfully, "No one would know it's you. Just give it one good yank." My mouth dropped. "I honestly can't believe you just said that.." "Oh stop your worrying Tommo. Just leave her there she'll be fine!" She carelessly said. "NO I can't just leave her she'll be traumatised!" She sighed in anger. "Here talk to your father." I got a million times happier. "Yes! Great! Let me talk to dad!" My dad was a lot more understanding than my mom. My dad answered cheerfully as always. Always a happy man. "Hell-o?" My voice was loud. "DAD!" He automatically knew what was happening. "You understand she is sick right?" I could see him raising an eye brow on the other line. "Yea I understand that she's sick. I kinda figured that out all by myself!" I had to calm my sassiness down. "Watch it. Okay, do you care for her that Much??" He asked. I felt myself turn red. "Well..of course I do!" I felt kinda scared saying that aloud because I knew myself I'd do anything for her but never really told anyone. "Bring her over and get stuff ready for her okay? Make sure she's nice and comfortable okay?" My face lit up but at the same time Irene's smile of happiness went into a frown of discomfort from what I saw of her peeking out behind a wall corner. "Yes GREAT!" "I'll talk to your mom. You know she doesn't like the fact that your getting older." He told me. "And also explain to Kriss and Zachary about how they can't play with her as much." "Will do okay! Thank you!" I was shushed by the nurses. "No problem, I'm very proud of you for being to independent and strong for her. Well I gotta go bye I love you Brent!" He sounded really happy about me doing this. When the phone call ended they ran back inside the room pretending like they didn't hear anything. Irene was the first one to ask questions. "They are letting you take her?" She asked softly. Adam broke the silence by adding his sarcastic remarks. "NAH IRENE." She glared at him.
"I hate you..you know that don't you." She said. "No you don't." He childly fought back. I just ignored their bickering, I was too happy for this. "Yes! She's staying with me!" "Where will she sleep?" Irene brought up a follow up question. Adam was trying to piss her off. "The couch duh!" He said smirking. She didn't wanna deal with him. "Why are you so heartless!" She said with emphasis. "You know how when you walk into my room on the left side it's my bed-" I was cut off. Irene gasped. "SHE'S GUNNA TAKE YOUR BED!? OH NO NO NO. THATS MY BABY SISTER RIGHT THERE. I DON'T WANT HER GETTING PREGNANT AT 14 SHE'S JUST A KITTEN." I got irritated. "Can I finish!?" My sassy tone came out. "Thank you..so it's my bed then the larger window with the couch kinda connected to the brim, because it's a viewing window since it's like the beach. I'm going to make her bed there because she's skinny enough to fit the height will maybe be a problem but I doubt it." Irene sighed. You can tell she was bothered about something.
But what was it? "I just can't believe that she's not gunna be at my place.." She said sadly. I felt bad for her. Adam kissed her and said. "You said yourself it's not a good place for her to rest! Tommo's house is more of a realistic resting spot for her! It's always clean and quiet plus he only has two siblings and they are nice to her." The truth was exposed. "True but when we where little, like 8, we made this deal that if anything bad where to happen to either of us we have to take care of the other that's why-"
She got up and walked over to Lola and reaches into Lola's purse and pulled an inhaler and made her way back to us. Adam was full of amazement. "OMG! I always thought she was the one with asthma!" Irene looked at him with the 'really bitch?' Face. "Are you serious!? That girl can run a mile in like 7 minutes even though she refuses to run still." she said. I spoke up. "Okay! So you guys are going to have to watch over her while I quickly get my place ready for her and try to explain to my siblings as best as I can to what's going on." I grabbed my keys and drove home.
