After Josh's confession, he helped me unpack and we basically went out on a walk and talked about why they refused him at the boy's dorm in favor of the girl's. He explained that they didn't want to be responsible for anything that could happen to him while he's over there, so for his safety, they were 'forced' to place him in the girl's dorm. But of course he's still not happy with it.

Hell, I wouldn't be either.

That's fucking discrimination.

Even though it makes sense cause it's for his safety, I still can't believe that this world's mindset of being transgender is a 'weird' and 'unusual' thing. People are allowed to express themselves however they want to as long as it's not hurting them or anyone else. Like it shouldn't fucking matter to YOU if I'm gay, trans or whatever, cause that's my choice and my life..

Not yours.

I can't tolerate ignorance in people..

Josh didn't even have to tell me he was transgender, but he felt comfortable enough with himself to actually say something. And honestly to that I say:

The rest of the day was filled with trying to get everyone inside the campus and assigned to a room, so there really wasn't much to do-since they had everything closed off anyways for today- other than meet everyone that was outside. But since Josh and I were anti-social, we stayed inside, just talking and waited to see if we were gonna get another roommate.

"We have to get another roomy, there's so many people out there" Josh stated as he peeks out the window at the sea of people outside.

"How did it get that crowded that easily anyway??" I asked "we were just out there"

Josh just simply fanned me off. "It always gets like this, you're new here but you'll get used to it." he didn't even look away from the window. For someone that hides in the room all day, he sure is excited to meet this other roommate. But honestly I can't blame him cause I'm anxious as well.

"I hope they will be nice at least" I commented as I thought about the blue haired girl from earlier. Josh looked at me with a bit of concern in his expression and nodded, before poking his head back out.

"I do too," He sighed.

It started getting later and later; we were watching Disney movies at this point, but the longer we waited the more tired we became. It wasn't long before we mutually agreed to just call it a night and go to bed. We sluggishly changed into our pj's, grabbing our stuffies and plopped into the cozy mattresses, falling into a deep sleep .

The next morning, we were awoken to staff yelling through the hallways that it's breakfast time. I sat up and stretched myself awake, but caught my yawn midsection when I didn't see my hello kitty stuffie next to me anymore. I started to panic and looked around the bed but there was no trace. Lastly, I thought that it might've just fallen and climbed down.

Once I was safely on the ground again, I saw an unknown girl sleeping on the bottom bunk cuddled with my stuffie. The continued yelling of the staff woke up Josh as I saw him rubbing his eyes with his oversized sleeves.

I walked over to him and pointed to the unfamiliar little on the bottom bunk that made his face scrunch up in confusion. "Isn't that your stuffie??" he buzzed as I just nodded slowly. "Why does she have it then??" He continued to quiz.
