1. Combine 1 cup of rice, 1 and a half cup of club soda, add 1 tablespoon of butter, and 1 teaspoon of lemon or lime. After combining them together. Cook on medium heat till it boils and after it boils, turn the heat down to low and wait to 15 minutes.
2. Put 1 teaspoon and a half of Dill, 1 tablespoons of Taragoon and 1 teaspoon of garlic on top of the salmon and then put the salmon on the skillet to cook for 6 minutes each side.
3. After the salmon is done cooking, crumble the salmon it up with the rice that you have cooked and
