"You have to introduce yourselves, now. Tell us all something about yourselves!" Miss Valentine, a young teacher spoke at us kindly, with a gentle smile. She teaches English.
"I'm Briar Rose and uh- I dance sometimes.." I spoke a little awkwardly.
"Name is Dylan Sparks. I own a motorbike and damn its a good one" He grinned easily.
Everyone, including Miss Valentine, Dylan and myself looked to Luke. He glanced at us and winked. He cleared his throat and spoke up. "Irwins. Luke Irwins. If any ladies need anything, dont be shy and give me a call" He winked at the class.
I sighed to myself. He had to do that.
"Any questions?" Miss Valentine spoke to the class with a raised brow.
Some hands were raised, and I nodded towards some girl with a loose blonde bun. "You're all new, but you're not related. How does that work?" She asked confusedly.
"Simple. We're friends. We actually used to live together before we moved here. We moved here, bought a new house. Started a new life, if that's a way to put it" I shrugged, answering her question easily.
"There has to be a love triangle here" Another girl spoke up, two seats away from blonde bun.
The three of us shook our heads, Luke laughed and Dylan snuck a glance at me. It wasnt so subtle either with the wink he added.
"You two! It's you two who are going out!" Two people shouted at the same time.
I glared at Dylan as he spoke up with a sly grin. "Nah, we're not going out. But, I have gotten to make out with her. Remember that, Briar?"
"Tell us what happened!" A girl who had glasses, her dark hair was straight and she seemed like a cheesy/cliche type of girl who loves romance.
The guys groaned along with me. Dylan wrapped an arm over my shoulders. "Here's the thing guys, you want to kiss a girl? Do something like I did. I found out little Briar here was going to the cinema with her friend to see a romance movie-"
"It was a very crappy one at that. I only went because she was paying for it" I butted in.
"Dont interrupt" He narrowed his eyes playfully at me, then continued. "And I decided on why wait, now was the perfect opportunity. So I got her friends number and we set everything up."
My ears perked up when he finished the sentence. "What" I stated quietly, looking up at him with narrowed eyes.
"Her friend would tell Briar that a guy she liked was calling her, so she left. I got some girls to 'chase' after me and I'd burst into the cinema room Briar was in, and pretty much make out with her. It would seem from her point of view or anyone else's that it was some sort of plan to hide from the girls 'chasing' me. But no, only to kiss this little pro" He chuckled, then pressed a kiss to my temple.
The girls cooed, and a few guys laughed at it. Me? I was going to kill Zara and Dylan. Zara, for still keeping this from me. And Dylan, I already wasnt happy that he only used me just to hide from those girls chasing him, but then to find out it was all a set-up? That isnt something I'd be happy with.
And dont go on at me on how romantic it was getting all that done for a kiss but c'mon, who would like to think you were only being used to hide, then know that you were meant to be kissed like that.
I shoved his arm off of me, and turned to the teacher with a tight smile. "Can you tell me where my seat is?" I asked her stiffly.
She noticed how I was acting but pushed her thoughts aside and pointed up the back corner where some guy was sitting himself, his arms folded as he watched us carefully, and a black beanie shoved on his head with dark fluffy hair hanging out. "Over there beside Jared Williams"
