Amanda and her best friend, Chelsea were getting ready for the party they thought was going to be the best party ever. Amanda was excited. She had a reason to be. She was going to be with her boyfriend of two years, Logan and they had all been invited to the most popular girl's 17th birthday party bash. Her name was Jamie Sulivan. Jamie was rich, beautiful, and had anything and everything any girl would dream of having.

She lived in the biggest house in the small town, Woodberry. She was a very nice girl but she had never spoken to Amanda before. Before Jamie invited her to the party, Amanda was always under the impression that Jamie didnt like her. "I'm so excited!" Chelsea said, jumping up and down. "I can't believe we actually got invited to Jamie Sulivan's party! I heard her house was bigger than the white house!" Chelsea continued.

Neither of them had actually got a good view of Jamie's house since it was on the outskirts of town. "Yeah.." Amanda mumbled, sounding a bit uneasy. "What's wrong? Aren't you excited?" Chelsea asked, confused. "Of course I'm excited. I'm just nervous. I mean, why would Jamie Sulivan invite me to her party? We've never talked before and now all of a sudden she invites me to her birthday party?" Amanda questioned, a brow raised, as she walked to her closet to find something to wear.

"I heard Chris Brown is going to be performing there." Chelsea squealed, comletely ignoring Amanda. Amanda sighed with a roll of her eyes and went back to the closet searching for the 'outfit'. Not long after, the doorbell rung. Amanda already knew who it. She told Logan to pick them up at 9:00p.m. He was never late. When she opened the door, she took in every detail of her boyfriend.

Logan had blond shaggy hair that fell into his eyes, which were ocean blue, and tanned skin from spending so much time on the beach surfing. Logan was a real sweetheart. He opened doors for Amanda, held her hand everywhere they went, and always treated her like a princess. Logan was nice, maybe too nice... But she knew one thing for sure Logan would never hurt her.
