When Louis was a young boy, he never would have thought his life would have ended the way it did. He never would have thought that he would have three amazing husbands, all having different ways of living their live. It was strange how he came about them, how they became who they were today.
Louis remember the way he felt the stares running down his back on his way home from the office that day. The yells of the kids in the park he was walking through. Louis was so distracted by the eerily feeling of the gazes that he did not see the small child in front of him trying to catch up to what looked to be her brother.
"Oh! I am sorry love, I didn't see you there" he says as he bent down to help her stand up. "Are you okay?"
"Thank you, mister! I just playing tag with my brother Ollie while our daddies were talking about something kiddo ears not hear" the little girl replied. "what's your name mister? Mine is Mason! People call me May for short." She continued to say. At this point he was smiling seeing as she was so adorable and sweet.
Soon her brother realized that were no thudding footsteps following him. He stopped and looked behind him and realized his sister was talking to a stranger. "Daddy! Mason is talking to random man! Come quick she needs help!" Ollie shouts to his fathers. Hearing the distressed 8-year-old all three men look up and see their son. Ollie then proceeds to point toward Mason. His father's glance up and sees the man who their 4-year-old daughter was talking to.
Edward being the most protective father of the group walks up to stranger and pulls May back. Marcel and Harry just stare and watch the scene unfold from the bench at which they sit. "Who are you and what are doing talking to my daughter?" Edward questions without hesitation.
"Oh, I'm sorry I am Louis, I was not looking where I was walking and ran into Mason here, and she started speaking to me. I didn't want to seem rude and walk away. Plus, she is a great storyteller" He glances down at May and sends her a shy smile. "I am sorry if I overstepped any boundaries".
Edward, unsure if this man can be trusted just nods his head. "Let's go back to your other daddies, come on Ollie." He directs to his two kids.
"No daddy, I like man with funny accent! He funny and listens to my stories. Daddy H tell Daddy E that funny man can stay!"
Hearing their daughter yelling for Harry from where she stood, Harry and Marcel walk to were they stand. "What's the matter flower?".
"I want to spend time Mister Louis, but daddy say no! Louis nice man with funny accent"
Louis feeling the need to step in says "Mason if your daddies are not comfortable with you speaking to me its okay. It was nice meeting you guys. I hope to see you guys around" Louis keeps on his way and walks toward his apartment. The feeling of the stares coming back as soon as he leaves the presence of the three fathers. When realizing this he now notices that he did not even get the name of the triplets. "Maybe next time" he says aloud.
"Daddy I wanted to play more" Mason says.
"I'm sorry May I just wanted to be safe so I told them you were in danger, please forgive me May" Ollie replies. Mason was not upset with her brother at all, mainly she was mad at her daddies for making Mister Louis walk away. She sees her brother seems upset, so she tries to hug him to show her forgiveness.
"I hope we see him again, he was hot" Harry says, saying what all three guys were thinking aloud. He gets hums in response and a face of disgust from Ollie. "What? You will say the same thing sooner or later when you find a person attractive."
It seemed as though someone was listening to Harrys wish...
