It was at the tender age of four years old that a young boy named Izuku Midoriya had realized that not everyone was born equally. It was a sunny morning that July 15th when young Izuku and his mother, Inko, were rushing to see the quirk analyst doctor to see if the boy's quirk had finally manifested, only to be informed of the shocking news that Izuku was deemed quirkless. Devastated by this revelation, he sat in his computer chair, tears streaming down his eyes whilst still weakly smiling his usual smile, asking his mother if she thought he could still be a hero. She didn't know how to respond to her son's tragic question.
All she could do is pull him into a tight embrace, and apologize to him. It didn't take long for word was spread that the greenette boy was quirkless. Ostracized by his peers, his supposed childhood 'best friend' turned bully, Katsuki Bakugo, set it as his mission to make Izuku's elementary and junior high school life a living hell. Since then, Izuku was relentlessly bullied by everyone he knew. Izuku's now 14 years old, nearing his first year of high school and still filled with high hopes of becoming a hero, despite the rigorous challenges he faces. Who could've known all of that was soon about to change?
