"Hello, Martha," Hermes greeted, and I opened my eyes to see him staring at me with an unreadable expression on his face. He smiled at me, which didn't reach his eyes and handed me the drink. "How are you?" he asked, and I shrugged and grimaced.
"I've been better," I admitted and took the tea from him. I sighed and took a sip of the drink. "And you?" he asked.
"I have been better, too," he said and moved a hand through his hair. He cleared his throat and studied me. "What can I do for you?" he asked, growing serious.
I rubbed the journal, and Hermes looked at it and then back at me. "I think I know how to get one of my gems filled," I said, and he raised an eyebrow in question.
"And which one is it?" he asked and raised the eyebrow higher.
"Knowledge," I replied. I rubbed the book again and sighed. "However, I am going to need your help."
