Izuku had decided to go out to work today. "Can I expect a clean home when I return?" He asked his captive. "Yessir." "Good."

10 minutes after he left.

In nothing but an oversized hoodie and short shorts she made her way to the door. "Damn." She cursed. The lock was too modern for her and the key hole was unconventional. She sighed and said, "Might as well."

She went to the cleaning closet and adopted a vacuum cleaner into her ranks. Same with some windex and a wash cloth. She held the device in her dominant right hand and began vacuuming away.

While she cleaned she planned how she would escape. She'd been a rebel before. Always back talking. Due to her mental condition she couldn't tell that she was being a nuisance.

Several hours later

Mako heard the door being opened and lined up to enact her escape attempt. She pressed herself against the door frame and stayed silent. Izuku entered, "Hello? Mako?" In a split second he was roundhouse kicked in the head. He blocked it and grabbed her leg. He took a step and watched as she tried hop away. "Now, what did I say about escaping?" He asked raising his voice. His icy blue eyes instilled fear into Mako. He dragged her by the leg and made her sit on her knees. He circled her like a shark preying on a fish. "What did I say about escaping?" He asked. He stopped Infront of her, raised her head using his index figure and commanded, "Answer me." "Y-you said not to." "So why did you do it." "..." "Do not test me little girl." "I was afraid..." "Of?" "You." "Darling, I was never a danger to you. Now I am." She flinched. He took a look around. "We cleaned?" "Yes sir." She said with fear laced within her dead Voice.

He kneeled to her level. She looked to the ground. "Let me make myself clear. Any disrespect, any disobedience will get you punished for your actions. Think of me as your care taker. I will let you go this time." He then grabbed her under her chin and drew her face close. She could smell his minty fresh breath and feel his lifeless hands. "I kinda like you so be a good girl and don't try that again. Understand?" "Yes... Sir." She said pulling away. Izuku dragged her up and patted her head, "You may leave. Come down in half an hour." He ordered. She bowed slightly and left. Izuku felt waves of guilt flood his nervous system. He placed his bared hand over his eyes and sighed in regret. He didn't like doing this but it was for the greater good.

Thirty minutes later had curry and rice prepared. "Mako! It's ready!" He called. He heard the dainty footsteps of his housemate. She rubbed her eye with the sleeve and yawned. "Sleep well?" "Who said I was sleeping?" "Because you have that look on your face. A look of peace and contentment." "Oh."

Izuku gave her a plate. "Appreciated." Izuku smiled underneath his facial mask and took his plate to the couch. He patted the side next to him, ushering for her to sit next to him. Reluctantly she made her way over and sat down. She placed the food in her lap and began eating. "Why am I really here. Any normal capture would have used that opportunity to harm or break me. Why didn't you?" "Because, we saw that you weren't gonna break but we can't have you spilling our secrets. Our organisation is top secret. You know we exist. Okay let's change this. We're housemates. Simple. Promise to not escape and I'll take care of till the day I die." "What if I were to kill you or you die by other means?" "I thought you might say that. In my will it states that you will immediately be executed." "You have great fore thought." She chuckled dryly. "Only for you Mako." "What is our relationship? Two people living in a house together?" "Friends living in a house together." "We consider us friends?" "Why not. Might as well get used to it." "Okay. I agree to becoming your friend and housemate."

"Good. Sign this contract." He ordered. He pulled a slip of paper from under his coffee desk. She signed. The document stipulated that if she were to attempt escape, she'd be killed immediately. "Good. Fortunately since you were pretty incognito at school we changed your name on public records a Nika Takashoto. You may use your current name in public. So to clarify, instead of you, someone else went to UA and commited suicide." "Understood. Thank you Mr. Djarin." "Glacier." "Ok Mr. Gla-" "No, just Glacier." "It's tradition to call you by your last name." "If you wish." "Ok Djarin. I assume that's your public name. Who were you before you joined the organisation?" "A UA hero course student. After I left I was adopted into the Mandalorian branch family, the Djarin clan since only one person has seen my face. We're allowed to show 5 people our faces. My best friend Cara, my best mate and brother Din, his kid and my boss have seen it. It's a good life. I left my old self and became Glacier Theodore Djarin." "*Snort* Theodore?" "Hey! Don't laugh." Izuku chuckled dryly. He flipped on the tv. "Anything you wanna watch Mako?" He asked. "No. I usually put on some lo-fi and chill." "Understandable. Alrighty then. How about this? Ever watch Star wars?" "No" "Ummm Ben 10?" "Popular MMOS?" "No!"

"You didn't have a nice childhood, did you?" "My parents died in a H Vs V. My sister later died of cancer. I was 10 and 13 respectively. It was a happier time." Izuku could feel her heat dimming. He knew that she felt vulnerable. The only warmth she had ever felt was her own and he was robbing her of that self-satisfaction. He got of the couch, moved his plate and kñeeled. With a fw keystrokes he unlocked the quirk disabler. She sighed in relief as her body heat rose and her chest glowed a warm orange. "T-thank you." She stuttered, her rekindling had caught her unawares. "No problem Mako. You missed the warmth didn't you?" "Well you are a very cold person, Djarin." She chuckled. "Very funny."

Izuku flipped on a random sit come and finished his dinner right their on the ground. Mako joined under the pretence that there was a glare from her angle. Likely story. It's goddamn nighttime.
