Chapter 30: Staying Over

Carnell got in his car and drove off. Meanwhile Amber was working on the song.

Me: (singing) I can't deny you were my first love...(phone ringing)

Carnell: Hello?

Me: Hey wassup.

Carnell: Nothing. I just got into a big fight with Dustin.

Me: Aw man. What about if you don't mind me asking?

Carnell: (getting nervous) Um...you know that night where you and Dustin had a date?

Me: (It was coming back to me and my stomach started turning but I remained cool.) Yeah why?

Carnell: Well I confronted him and I was defending you but knowing my brother I knew he wouldn't take it so easy. So he mad then I did and I walked out so I could get fresh air.

Me: Oh well thank you for that. But I don't won't to cause you problems with Dustin.(biting my lip)

Carnell: No, I needed to do that. But I wanted to ask you can we talk?

Me: (thinking) he's so nice to do that ....

Carnell: Amber?

Me: Oh I'm sorry. You said you wanted to talk.

Carnell: Yeah, but I meant face to face.

Me: Yeah where are you now?

Carnell: Outside your house.

Me: Quit playing( I walked over to the window and started laughing) Well come to the door.

Carnell: Haha Aight.

Carnell walked to the door and Amber opened it. Carnells was blushing.

Me: How long were you out there?(closing the door)

Carnell: (blushing) a good while

Me: Haha luckily you weren't a stalker.(heading to my room)

Carnell: Yeah yeah where's Rain & Tiny?

Me: Oh they went out shopping with Grace.

Carnell: Why didn't you go?

Me: Ehh I don't shop like they do. They are shopaholics.

Carnell: I gotcha. So I see your comfy.(sitting on my bed)

Me: What you mean? ......I noticed I had my shorts and tank top on.(blushing) Oh.

Carnell: Its cute when you blush.

Me: I could say the same about you.(making him blush)

Carnell: (biting his lip) mhm

Me: (thinking) make him stop he too sexy to be doing that.

Carnell: You thinking about me?(smirking)

Me: No.(girl you know lying) He walked over to m laptop and saw what I was working on.

Carnell: This what you working on?

Me: Yeah.

Carnell: Can I hear it?

Me: Sure. (I walked over and played what I had.)

Carnell: That's dope. (snaps fingers) Oh I wanted to know if you wanted to work on the song I picked.

Me: Yeah what is it?

Carnell: Its Sam Smith "Stay with Me".

Me: Are you serious?(smiling)

Carnell: Yeah I think I know what your voice fits with duh.

Me: Yeah yeah.

.....3 hours later
10:00pm

Me: (yawns) I think that's enough for tonight Nell.

Carnell: Yeah I agree with you.

Me: Were you going back home or....

Carnell: (scratching his head) I wanted to stay over since I'm already here if you don't mind.

Me: That's cool. Do you want to sleep in here or the living room?

Carnell: Can I sleep in here with you?

Me: Yeah. Do you want to watch some movies?

Carnell: Yeah.

Me: Ok look up something while I get some drinks and popcorn.

Carnell: Aight.

I walked to the kitchen and got the drinks. I headed back to my room when I saw Carnell taking off his shirt the layed on my bed.

Carnell: You like the view?

Me: (thinking) Heck yeah I do.

Carnell: I guess that's a yes.(winking) Come on the movie starting.

By the way we were watching Staying Alive.

Me: We were in a good bit into the movie and Nell put his arm around me.

Carnell: You good?

Me: Yeah, you?(looking up at him)

Carnell: Yeah.(Smiling)

The movie was getting good then all of a sudden......Bam!!!

Me: Aaahh (screaming)

Carnell: Haha you so scared.(laughing)

Me: Shut Up. I know you was squeezing my arm a while ago.

Carnell: Nah that was just your imagination.(smirking)

Me: Mhm.

After the movie was done we watched a few more then I felt my eyes getting heavy.

Me: I'm getting sleepy so night.

Carnell: (yawns) me too and night Lili.

We fell fast asleep in each other's arm. Hopefully it can stay like this.
