It's crippling through my bones
Eating its way to my core
The sound of a familiar voice
So full of false security
My breathing becomes flat and fast
My chest feels tight
I'm in a cage, ain't I?
Electricity runs through my veins
Activating my muscles to flee
Nowhere to hide
My body wants to move
But I'm paralyzed
Vision is spinning and blurry
Who is that over there?
I can't identify anything
The voice becomes louder
It hurts my head
But covering my ears won't help
Questions fill my thoughts
Minutes pass on
Consciousness starts to fade
Help me, I'm trapped inside

Fragments
RandomFragments of something deep, something that lurks in my soul. The words are dropping from my soul like a meteor shower. Some may call it poetry, some may call it empty words. Never finished, always fragments. [The pictures I use are from PicsArt]
