Talia's Pov:

I woke up by a call from my mom. "Hey sweetie, Reiss told my about what happened yesterday" she said.

"Hey mom and you don't have to say anything... I know it was wrong of me to do that to Reiss" I said.

"I was actually not going to say that, I wanted to ask you about Jadon. Do you really like him sweetie?" she asked which left me surprised.

"Yes I do mom. He makes me feel so special and loved. When I see him I feel all kinds of feelings. I have never felt anything like this" I said truthfully.

"Aww my baby girl is having a crush" she smiled through the phone. 

"I have really fallen mom, what am I going to do? Obviously Reiss are never going to accept me and Jadon" I said.

"Never say never sweetie. He is your big brother, he just wants to protect you" she said.

"Yeah, I know, but I'm a big girl now" I said.

"Just give it time Talia. If you really want to make this work be truthfully to Reiss, tell him about everything. How you and Jadon became a thing and how you feel about him. And also resure him that you are not going to do anything 'crazy' with Jadon, you know he is protective about those stuff" my mom said. 

"Do you really think it will work mom?" I asked.

"Yeah, show him you are an adult and can take responsibility. Reiss trust you, he just don't trust Jadon, that's why Jadon also has to speak to him. I belive both of you can do this. And meanwhile I can speak to your dad, he was kind of furious this morning too" my mom laughed. 

"Oh god I forgot about him too" I laughed.

"Well, I have to go now. I will talk to you later, bye" she said

"bye" I said before I turned off the call. 

My mom is right I just need to talk to Reiss. I woke up from my bed to look for Reiss in our hotel room, but he was not here. He must have an early training session. So I decided to make my self ready for the day while Reiss was gone.

Jadon's Pov:

I noticed most of the lads were very cold to my today, which was really weird. I can't remember doing anything wrong. "Yo Razzzz what's up my g" I said.

"Nothing" Raheem respond coldly, which was really unlike him.

"Whats going on, why is everyone acting so weird?" I asked.

"Go ask Talia" Marcus said. 

"That was so not cool of you" Dele said.

Oh I finally knew what was going on now, Reiss told them about what happened. "Guys, I didnt mean for this too happened" I tried to explain myself.

"You shouldn't explain yourself to us, explain yourself to Reiss" Raheem said and looked over to Reiss.

They were right, I'm such a bad friend.

I walked towards Reiss and said "can we talk bro".

"I told you to not be anywhere near me" Reiss said irritated.

"Reiss, I'm so sorry for what happened, I truly am. I didn't mean for this to happen at all" I said.

"Sorry doesn't cut it Jadon. You had a thing with my little sister behind my back! And when I told you that I was worried she was seeing someone, you kept quiet and lied straight up to my face. You are suppose to be my best friend" he said hurt.

"I know, I know bro. But it all happened so fast, I really tried to control my self, but I couldn't" I said feeling guilty.

"How long have this been going on??" he asked.

"Since your birthday party" I said looking down at the floor.

"SINCE MY FUCKING BIRTHDAY???? THAT WAS 6 MONTHS AGO! How is that possible when you were at parties with me, getting drunk and being with many, many women" Reiss said putting two and two together. 

"Well me and Talia didn't become offical before now, at the world cup, but we caught feelings first at your birthday party" I tried to save myself.

"You still was with other girls while being with my sister. This is exactly why I don't want you any near her" he said more irritated

"It's not like that bro, I explained everything to Talia and she knows. Don't you get it bro, I really care for her" I said.

"I care for her too, that's why I don't want you near her" he said.

"Well I don't care, I'm going to be beside her if you like it or not" I said and Reiss face changed. I could see his vein popping trough his forehead.

"Bro, I didn't mean to disrec-" I was interrupted by Reiss hand on my face. 

"I don't want to see you anywhere near her Jadon, I'm serious! Next time I will do more than punching" he said and left.

Fuck!

I couldn't make my self go back to the training ground so I decided to go back to my room and sort my face out, since had another cut. On my way to my room I saw Talia.

"Omg baby what happened to your face? Did Reiss do that again?" she asked worried.

"Yeah, but I'm good. No worries" I lied.

"No baby, he can't do this to you. You did nothing wrong." she said.

"I don't know about that baby. I literally broke the bro code, by being with you. I'm a pretty terrible person" I said.

"No you are not and I down care what Reiss says. I'm going to make this work, make us work" Talia said.

"How do? I'm not allowed to be anywhere near you" I said.

"Well I could always sneak out, without Reiss knowing" she said.

"But baby you know Reiss will not let you go out" I said

"I can stay at my parents house and we can hang out together there. I know my parents won't snitch, they just want the best for me and besides they know Reiss is a bit crazy" Talia said.

"But what about in the future... we cant just hide from Reiss forever. I want you for real, I want this to be serious and we need his approval for this to work" I said.

"I don't know what the future holds baby, but what I know now is that I like you and I want to be with you" she said and leaned in for a kiss.

I kissed her back and said "I like you too".
