Izuku is 13 and pregnant if you don't understand and their parents are still on the cruise.
Izuku pov
I walk to the living room and sit on the couch rubbing my stomach, Kacchan follows me and kneels in front of me, he moves my hand and kisses my stomach. After he finishes kissing my stomach he sits by me and lays my head on his lap, he rubs my head Kacchan speaks "What would we tell our parents?" I once again put a hand on my stomach before replying "We just tell them we been dating since we were 11 and that I'm pregnant" Kacchan looks at me before leaning down a kisses me on the lips.
Kacchan speaks "No matter what they say, I'll always be there for you and the baby" I can't help but smile and rest a hand on Kacchan's cheek, "I know you will, you'll be amazing dad" Kacchan replies "Does that mean you and the baby would can me daddy?" I blush and covers my face and whines "Kacchannnn" Kacchan laughs and puts a hand on my stomach "What do you want the gender to be Nerd?" Kacchan ask "I don't care as long as the baby is healthy. What about you Kacchan what gender would you them to be?"
Kacchan replies "The same as you I don't care but I would like a girl so I could spoil them." I laugh at his reply "A girl would be nice but I would also like a boy to protect each other" Kacchan speaks again "So you want twins a boy and a girl." I shyly nod with a quiet "Yes" Kacchan smiles "I wouldn't mind twins but we are still young and twins would be a huge responsibility " Kacchan speaks again "In the future we can try for twins again" I smile and lean up to kiss Kacchan's cheek. I sit up and sits on his lap putting my head on his shoulder.
Kacchan puts on hand on my back and the other on my stomach rubbing both. I start humming from feeling relaxed. I wrap my hands around Kacchan's neck snuggling my head under his chin, Kacchan moves his hand from my stomach to my back as well.
