Chapter 6 : To catch a Predator

"Zara, honey say something !!"
You said as you shook her body. No response or movement. she fainted from shock, while bleeding out, losing heavy amounts of blood.
"Mr. Harding?"
Said Zach who was with Gray inside a building
You shot several rounds at pterosaurs with your desert eagle till you clicked it and no longer fired bullets, and swaying your hand in the air with the gun in hand in an attempt to scare them away
"GET THE FUCK OUTTA HERE!"
You screamed in a fit of rage. You looked around seeing you were outnumbered by Pterosaurs, as you then scooped up Zara and ran inside the building with Zach and Gray.
Just in time, Owen and Claire made it back to Main Street who too were attacked by Pterosaurs, Owen was attacked by a Dimorphadon and Claire kicked it off himself and shot it with his rifle.
Owen and Claire then out of nowhere embraced into a kiss in the heat of the moment.
As more people ran to emergency shelters and the pterosaurs soon left Main Street venturing to other parts of Isla Nublar, and Zach and Gray came walking out finding there aunt.
"Are you fucking kidding me?..."
You Asked walking out holding Zara
"Is that aunt Clare?"
Asked Zach
Claire then turned and noticed her nephews standing their right at her, and she ran to them relieved, she asked them various questions like where they were and why they didn't come back.
"Mr and Mrs. Harding took care of us."
Said Gray
Claire then turned and gasped, seeing a dirtied and scarred version of you standing there with a frustrated expression, as you held Zara's body in your arms.
"Oh my god...is she?.."
Asked Claire
"No. She just passed out. Thankfully."
"Who's that?"
Asked Zach as Owen stepped forth
"Uh...this is Owen."
Said Claire
"Hey, we gotta go."
Said Owen
"Tell me you've got a vehicle."
You said
"Yep."
Said Owen pointing to a van Amongst the crowd.
Claire got a call from Lowery in the control room, apparently Hoskins was now in charge now that Masrani is dead, and she told him about how he plans to use the Raptors to hunt the Indominus Rex.
"What do you mean use the Raptors ?"
Asked Claire
"Son of a bitch..."
Said Owen as a helicopter flew overhead and more people came running and panicking as more Pterosaurs came flying their
"Okay. Y/N, Claire, take the kids and Zara, and get them someplace safe."
the group of six then ran to one of the park vans, you go into the back seats with Zara and the kids while Claire and Owen got in the front seats. Owen starts the van and headed for the raptor pen a few miles from Main Street.
"Is Mrs. Harding gonna be okay?"
Asked Zach
"I hope kid...I hope."
You simply glared at Claire
"Hope your fucking happy with the way your little genetic hybrid turned out, Boss."
Claire turned her head
"Y/N, hold on, I didn't me-"
"NO. The park was doing just fine without that beast that's out there now, running loose and no doubt killed many people and other Dinosaurs now. And to top it all off instead of taking responsibility for your nephews when they got here you completely dump them on us."
Claire then becomes overwhelmed with guilt and tried to apologize
"I know I know I was just too obsessed with making money, I'm sorry! I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you, or Zara or either of you boys! I should've been spending time with you while you were here and from here on out Ill take full responsibility for you both!"
You were silent. As the van drove quite a ways away from Main Street, somewhere in the jungle the deinonychus pack from before was watching and stalking the six of you.
A few hours later, it became nighttime, and Hoskins and Barry along with various military soldiers were all at the Raptor pen, they had already installed tracker collars into the Raptors with night vision cameras.
Just in time the group of six arrived to the Raptor pen. Hoskins noticed the van pull in and began walking towards them.
Owen and Claire walked out closing the doors as you then turned to the kids
"Kids, Can you take care of Zara just for a moment? I need to talk to Mr. Hoskins."
You said, as they both nodded and you pushed the door opened and slammed it hard after you got out, and clenched you're fist hard and gritted you're teeth, glaring at Hoskins smug face.
"The mother head has finally arrived."
Owen punched Hoskins across the face
"Ooh!"
Said Zach and Gray
"Get the hell out of here, and stay away from my animals."
Said Owen
"YOU FUCKING SON OF A BITCH."
You yelled to Hoskins storming out of the vehicle, pulling out your dagger
"MY WIFE ALMOST DIED BECAUSE OF YOU PEOPLE !"
You grabbed Hoskins by the shirt and out the knife to his throat
"Y/N! Y/N! Y/N!"
Owen yelled grabbing your back
"Calm down ! I'll handle this!"
Barry had come to the scene
"Hoskins you wanted this to happen you son of a bitch!"
Said Claire
"Ah Jesus, how many people have to die before this mission starts to make sense to you."
Said Hoskins
"You tell us, shithead. You and Dr. Wu are the ones who set up this shitshow endangering countless people and dinosaurs."
"You gonna watch a news story tomorrow !? About how you saved lives- no better yet how your animals saved lives !?"
Said Hoskins turning to the soldiers outside the Raptor pen
"Let's move it out !"
He then turned to Owen
"This is happening ! with or without you!"
Claire and Owen were silent.
"Damn you Hoskins."
You said quietly
