My definition :
Their weakness. Someone or something they have to stay away from because they want it even though it's not good for them and/or will hurt them.
Someone you want but can't have can be called your Kryptonite.
Well.... Chris is my Kryptonite. I yearn for him when I know he is probably laid up in bed with her. It's not like I can hate her or anything. She's my sister and I love her with all my heart. And I feel so disgusted with myself to like him when he's hers. But he should be mine. I'm afraid to tell him this because he will just rip my heart in pieces if he tells me his heart belong to her. But that's the thing, he does love me. He even told me once. He is just as much of afraid as I am.
