Arnav entered Santhivan to see the ladies sitting in the living room discussing something seriously. From the talks they are discussing about Khushi's stay in Mumbai .
"Good evening ladies"
"Arnav bitwa...come join us.we are talking about your wife only" his Mami invited him patting the seat next to her
Arnav joined them and saw Khushi immediately getting up and leaving to their Kitchen only to be returned with a glass of water which he gladly accepted .Arnav felt good for being taken care of. Khushi left to the kitchen after he finished .
"So what were you all discussing?"
Nani who was sitting silently watching his small smile answered his question.
"Khushi bitiya said she attended an interview in Delhi and if she gets selected she could resign from Mumbai office and join us with in a month. We are asking about her stay in Mumbai .seems like we can relax as she is staying with her friend sharing an apartment. I just hope she get selected and come back soon to stay with us."
"Then be assured Nani, she will join our family back within a month"
While they were talking Khushi brought black coffee for him as per his liking as instructed by HP.
"Did you check your mail Khushi?" inquired Arnav after thanking Khushi for the Coffee which he got for the first time without shouting out loud for Hp to get him one.
"NO"
"Ohh..Then go and check"
"why" Khushi asked confused at his sudden demand.
"just do it" Khushi quickly took her phone to check the mails only to find a mail from AR group .She opened it and was happy to find that she was appointed and they have agreed to give her one month time to join .But her happiness dimmed with a sudden thought. Did he have a role in this?.. Her thoughts where interrupted by Nani
"What is it bitwa that you wanted my bahu to check her mail immediately?"
"Didn't I say just now nani that your bahu will join you in a month? Do you know nani; somebody has managed to impress my manager and HR manager that they were singing praises of her."
"what does that mean chotte?"
"Nani I got an appointment letter from AR group asking me if I can join in one month time"
Happy cheer and congratulations followed Khushi's words.Nobody noticed Payal going towards Khushi and hugging her.
"Congratulations Khushi"I am so relieved that you will come back after a month. I am so happy. Khushi separated herself from Payal's hold feeling Payal's tears in her shoulders.
"I am happy too Jiji"
Their commotion was interrupted by Mami,
"Khushi bitiya what about your travel arrangement for tomorrow? Have you done your packing?"
"There is nothing much to pack Mamiji. I have all my things there. As I was just here for few days I didn't bring much of my things and I have returned tickets booked for early morning tomorrow"
"Oh. Arnav bitwa you will go to drop Khushi bitiya early morning, won't you?" Mami wanted to ensure Arnav won't leave khushi to manage herself.
" There is no need for that Mamiji. why to disturb his sleep early morning? I have booked cab to pick me up"
"Cancel that Khushi. I will drop you at station whenever you want"
"There is no need for that, I can manage"
