Amelie's POV

Me and Addison were upstairs in my room thanksgiving day. Getting ready. Josh and Bryce got ready earlier but they were getting tables out and stuff

Addison: ima be honest with you. I'm fucking scared to give birth
Amelie laughs
Amelie: why
Addison: because it's gonna hurt. And I know Bryce 1. Won't be there because he will be out with his friends. So I don't know who to have in the room
Amelie: I think he would want to be there. I mean he didn't want me going through it alone. I don't think he would make you go through all that alone
Addison: I guess. But like you know how he is. He expects everyone to follow his rules except him.
Amelie: I mean yea I guess you're right. But I'll tell josh to talk about it with him.
Addison; thanks
Amelie: but I don't think he would miss it at all.
Addison: well we will find out

Skip to the dinner

I sit next to josh and Joshua was in his high chair

Amelie: hey babe when we are done talk to Bryce about being with Addison when she gives birth because she's really scared or nervous or both i forgot what she said.
She laughed
Josh: ok. But I don't think he would miss it
Amelie: that's what I told her but she's wants to be sure
Josh: oh ok I'll talk to him about it. And if he says no then I'll convince him.
Amelie: yea cuz she's like I don't know who I want in the room if he isn't going to be there. And since her parents weren't too happy about her getting pregnant and especially with Bryce.
Josh: sometimes I feel bad for Bryce. Like he's a good person.
Amelie: yea but that part is none of our business. The only part that is our business is what Addison told me

They finish their dinner and Addison Amelie and Joshua go upstairs

Addison: so did you tell him?
Amelie: yea he said he would ask him. And that he's pretty sure that he wouldn't miss it
Addison: hey. Um I was thinking about it and I think I want you to be in there with me as well as Bryce
Amelie: really?!
Addison: I mean yea you've been there with me through everything so why not. And plus you've been through it
Amelie: thanks!
She hugs her
