Yibo starts running towards the border of the village with necklace clutched tightly in his hands. He was being chased by a cyclone which is trying to suck him in. It aas that spirit who was trying to stop him. He somehow runs away from cyclone but soom he is surrounded by fire all around him. He can't get out unless he burns himself. He knows it won't be easy so he prepared himself to jump out of fire even it burns him. He jumps in air leaping forward to cross the fire when it suddenly rains and all the fire goes out. He thanks lord for this mercy even after he failed to save weiying from dying.
He starts to run again and was about to reach the well when out of no where a truck come towards him in speed. Before yibo can do anything the truck hits hims and he goes flying, the necklace which was in his hand also flies away. Though the spirit wanted to kill yibo and have the necklace but still in the end necklace does falls into the well. He stays awake and crawls toward the well. He sees that the necklace was still stuck somewhere in the well. He checks the time and sees its just two minutes left before all his efforts would go in vain. So he searches for anything that would help him climb down the well and throw the necklace in the well. He searches and find a few vines near the well. He picks them up and ties them together. He could barely move but the promise to weiying made him get up. He ties the vine around his torso and ties the other end around the well pipe. He starts climbing down the well. He can hear laughs and shrills around the area now which means the spirit is nearby. He climbs fast and almost reaches the necklace the vine makes the sound of breaking a bit. He stills in midway and watches if it will break. When he sees that its stable now he carefully picks the necklace and throws it in well exactly at the time of death of professor. Soon there is thunder and cries all around him. He watches how the evil spirit starts burning and finally vanishes in air. He sigh in relief and thank the god, but now he feels the pain in his body. The pain of all the injuries he suffered. Just as he was about to loose consciousness he feel someone kissing him. He opens his eyes and see weiying kissing him gently.
"Won't you bid me farewell my love. You came for me and I won't let you go like this. For all the things you did thank you wang yibo and if i get another chance to live i would pray to find you and live happily ever after. Stay safe my love. And go back to your parents. They gave birth to you so don't abandon them like this. Stay health and happy love hope we meet again". Weiying kisses yibo on his lips and then a bright light comes out and weiying's soul disappears into it and as weiying disappears immediately the vine breaks and yibo falls into the well and sleeps.
